Sir my self rafath sultana pls slove my problem with your valueable suggestion as i dont no much in legal thread pls consider my case is with shriram chitfund pvt ltd company ordered passed with intrest 18 decretal amount 546000 to be paid i went to high count for instalment and high judgement is monthly 15k to be paid till the enitre decreetal it means what till date i already paid 635000 again there are asing me to in one sum 3lakhs of rupees to fulfull the order it means high court give the judement one sided. the chit company asking to pay in one stroke thn only amount will be clear otherwise it will on years to years
Pls tell me the conclusion to whom i apporach what i need to do.I m totally exuashted kindly help me with your knowledge .pls

In case of sickness of advocate on record during trial can another advocate be engaged by the plaintiffs to ensure that the trial is continued uninterrupted and valuable time of the court is not wasted.Please advise the remedies available to the plaintiffs.

In a case u/S 138 NI act complainant is a stransfer to the accused. How to prove it. Is it possible to produce a different person in the accused box and ask. Or ask to identify the accused in a group of photos.

Is there any law that wife is entitled to get half of husband's salary?
Is she legally entitle to her husband's property.
Wife is well educated but was not working. Now working as teacher for last one year. Earning Rs 42000 per month.
Never contributed money for household expenses or prooerty.

then inquiry started 7/04/2017/15/04/2017/24/04/2017/27/04/2017/03/05/2017/06/05/2017/common proceeding and witness and today date 16/05/2017fix when i go inquiry office jalandhar po says your inquiry again started at gurgaon head office on dt.23/05/2017 fresh

I worked in a school for 12 months. At the time of interview they told me summer vacation salary will be given after 10 months. I left the school after 12 months by giving notice period in advance. Now they are denying to pay summer vacation salary. Can I file the case in labour court to recover the summer vacation salary. I am now in different district , can I file the case from my district. Please help me in this regard.

We have supplied our products to few companies in India but they failed to pay our outstanding even after case filed under delayed payment Act under MSMED Act 2006 and Arbitrator appointed by the faciliation council have also decided the case in our favour.
Now we seek justice under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Law and in other company law.

Sir, working in post office, holder of power of attorney approaches for payment, power of attorney is valid if the principal is alive.
How can i assure the principal is alive. Who is abroad , please suggest
