Hello experts, I want to buy this Mhada lottery flat any how.. this locking period is remaining for 6 months. Broker says u can buy this by registering power of attorney and make registration and mahada transfer after 6 months. ... Will this be possible ?

my name is Rajesh Vishwakarma and I am professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant.before my marriage girl parents told me that she is Graduate and completed CS and after the marriage, I came to know even she is not even graduate and doesn't know about basic Internet and how to operate a phone they told me false information.marriage date 30/11/2016.
I have valid proof of her qualification and we both are decided to not live together anymore.
But girl side forces me to live with her and threatened me they file false cases against me.what should I have to do?
Kindly help I am so depressed these days

Recently after a small fight between kids, one of the kid dragged my son down on the floor, sat on his stomach for about 3 mins, holding his hands very firmly so that he couldn't move. He also hit my son several times. Luckily my son had not got any major injuries but was under shock f\as he didn't expect someone to sit on his stomach and hit him that way. All this happened in our apartment common area and I have the CCTV footage of this whole episode.
The kid didn't stop it there. Once my kid escaped and ran to my flat, he came right behind started banging at my door. When my wife opened the door, he wanted my wife also to hit my son so that he can feel satisfied. When my wife refused to do that he said to my wife 1) to learn manners and teach manners to my kids 2) asked her to go and die 3) threatened that he will kill her. This aggressive kid is studying in 7th Class. But this kind of behavior is not acceptable. I have the CCTV footage as the proof for the physical man handling on my son and eye witnesses for the verbal abuse on my wife. The kid’s father is not willing to listen to these and teach some manners to his son. Based on the facts that I have presented here, I wanted to know if I can proceed in a legal way on the kid. If yes, how?

Q) sir what are chances of quash in domestic voilence case in high court. My wife deserted me on 23/4/15. Then she complaint in local police station then in women cell then in ssp office. All complaints are in my favour . After 3 months she files domestic voilence case in cjm court. And i have filed quash petition in high court on basis of inquiry report. But judge on first hearing summon my wife. What are chances of quash and why judge summons my wife.

Hello every one!!
One of my friends is staying in 4BHK flat since 40-50 years which is under paghdi system in CHS. Landlord is not reachable since many years as he is under criminal proceedings before him. Now my friend wants to sale that flat along with many other occupants, is it possible for him in this case.?. Or can they give flat on rent?? Can court interfere in this case? Also image of landlord is negative in market... Kindly suggest different ways to get out from it.... Thank you!!!

My father has made will & Nomination in the society in my favour and I have 9 sisters who have accepted my claim in the society and given me their consent by accepting the will duly notarized consent.
My son claims his right in the flat.
Please advise. Does he have any right?

As per bye laws maintenance charges are charged on the basis of per unit irrespective of the area of the unit except prop.tax, lease rent & water chgs.
But regarding the income of Hsg. Soc. the distribution of income is not mentioned hence can anybody advise?

Permanent injunction-consequential relief
We filed a suit for declaration with consequential relief of permanent injunction. we have only revenue records to prove ownership. The property was ancestor property and it came to our share and we are in possession for more than 30 years
One of the other member in our family of the property sold the same property through registered deed to someone in the same village. the property was also sold 20 years back and vendor has not taken any steps to take property from us
Now the person who has taken the property has come to deposses us and hence we filed for declaration suit. Since we don't have anything other than RTC in our name for more than 30 years declaration is not granted. However our possession was accepted by the person who purchased the property In cross examination they mentioned that we are only in possession and the person who sold the property from our family also accepted our possession
Since declaration suit is failed, the permanent injunction is only a consequential relief the first appellate court has not given us the permanent injunction also in spite our possession for more than 30 years is accepted by the purchaser also.
What is the relief for us now. The case is in highcourt now. Can we still claim Permanent injunction though we failed declaration suit considering we have only revenue records.
Can you share any case law for this.
