Builder constructed apartment not as per sanctioned plan BBMP is silent on this and he is paying tax for vacant site for 3-4years
When we approach BBMP persons there demanding bribe. We are not ready to pay and no body/higher authorities is ready to solve this issue .If the same state continues for more years and once this fact come to light who would be responsible?
Flat owners not able to get khathe transfer changed for not ready to pay bribe. Without bribe staff is not ready to khathe change also here builder is also mingled with the staff. Also revenue person says in one strech khathe change to be done not one or partially For ex if 8 units are there change to be take place in one time is it so?
Later BBMP may ask us to pay penalty ,overdue interest etc
Pl let us know how to proceed to get khathe change without paying bribe
If the situation continues for a long period who is at fault
What is the remedy

Is the maternity benefit act applicable for self financing engineering colleges in Kerala. From what I came to know they don't come under any service regulations. Many of the institutions are giving only a maximum of 3 months paid leave.

My mother and my bother has taken home loan from state bank of india . The home loan is sanctioned for construct on plot.
We have a farm at karnataka so we applied for crop loan and for this no dues certificate has to produce .
Bank is not issuing no dues certificate inspire of both properties which I mortgage d is totally different.
Pl.give me correct information that bank can issue no dues certificate or not.

Hi, we are living in a inherited house given to my mother and my chacha ji (half-half share) according to a registered will made by my grandma in Delhi. We have sale deed and copy of will. We did mutation (municipal corporation) of this house in the name of my mother and chacha ji. Now we want the partition in house. Kindly tell which documents are required and what is the procedure.

Sir mere dada g four brothers and one sister hai. mere pardada gi expire ho chuke hai or meri pardadi gi bii expire ho chuke hai. mere pardada gi 1990-1995 in between expire huye the par unhone koi bi will ni ki thi jabki meri pardaadi g ek vaseeyat karke gye hai. saari property mere chote daada gi ke naam pe kare di jaye. jabki poori umar chote dada gi ne hi unko khaya hai.
kya ye vaseeyat ka koi matlab hai kyuki pardaada gi ne koi bi will nhi ki thi,,,

Can I ask for a 2 or more bench request in my appeal to the Allahabad high court. I had filed a 482 petition. I was charged with 406 n 420IPC. My lawyer failed to submit the clean document chit from ED n Income Tax department.
I had transfer a large amount from my personal Canadian account to my personal Indian account. Due to my extensive travel commitments I had transfer some amount to a close family relative so she can make payments to fee business associates. She did that as per my instructions and all the money which I had transfer went out from her account in next 4 months.
My ex wife who is legally divorced from me.... filed an FIR against my relative stating that the money which I transfer from my own canadian account to my own Indian account n then to my relative account belongs to her. She has no documentation to support that stupid allegation but the local varanasi police took a nice payment and filed an baseless FIR.
Because of the mistake of my high court lawyer I am in a dilemma. Please help me with suggestions or legal advice of my options. I don't want to go to local court for bail etc. I have no faith in local courts.

Divorce
Wife files false dv after abandoning husband and son, husband files divorce on cruelty grounds and child custody case in his jurisdiction. After that wife sends private notice of divorce to husband to appear in the court. Allegations made in dv and divorce are same and wife has prayed for dissolving marriage and requested the judge to pass orders as the court deems fit. The court will refer the matter to mediation. What will happen if mediation fails. Both want divorce. Husband has no job. Son is 6 years old and in father's custody. Husband has to take care of his parents. What will happen in such a situation.
