I had taken few unpaid leaves planned and unplanned. The unplanned were because of external conditions, like accident and sudden health issues. My manager now denies me to take leave for my exam and also rejects the applied leaves on the system.
The genuine reason to take leaves were demise in the family, bed rest due to bacterial infection and bad health. My question to the manager was in these cases where an individual is helpless but to take leave, what can be done, as no project or work is affected. Every time its like a torture saying you are taking many leaves, you need to improve. But if leaves are very genuine and no work is affected, then what can be done in such a case. For further leaves for exam i had applied 25days prior which were rejected too. What shall be done. No performance is affected, no deliveries and production is affected, backup is well planned and work is handled?

Police filed closure report in my 156(3) petition after colluding with accused. Can I seek compensation from government for malafide investigation in high court. Please help

My Father Mr.R.P. Sharma (Ex P.A. Fatehpur Head Post Office) was died on 13.08.2000.after the death of father my mother was requesting with the department for releasing the pension & funds but department has not released any type of fund including pension also to her & she was also died on 22.01.2001. after death of mother I follow for the payments, provisional payment was made to us in april 2001after 8month from the death of father including pension also. Now I again following for the final payments through the PORTALS but they are giving me this instruction that dues of Rs. 3,75,000/- has to be recovered in name of Late Shri R.P. Sharma. while during this period of time 13.08.2001 to till now department has never did any type of communication with me on this matter pls suggest me.

Dear Experts
This is general question. Can you please guide your view in the following issue.
I grandfather applied for land title for a forest land 5 decades back by submitting najarana receipts issued by jamidars (landlords) at that time and taxes paid to local authorities.
After a long proceedings in High Court, judgement came in our favour in 2003.
But either RDO or MRO not initiated further action till date whether to file revision petition in HC on the judgement or by issuing title deeds in our favour yet.
Here my doubts is after HC final verdict, can the said authorities set aside the file without initiating any proper action.
How to handle this. Requesting your valuable views.
Please guide.

Dear Experts, namaskarams.
This is my friend’s case and the details are hereunder:
My friend is an Advocate & Notary in Andhra Pradesh. His Notary commission is expired by 30-11-2015. He has submitted an application with challan for Rs.1000/- (renewal fees) for renewal of Practice of Notary Certificate from 01.12-2015 and notary records verification certificate.
But the Government of Andhra Pradesh in its Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4, dt.31-08-2015 have instructed to withhold further sanction of Notaries afresh and also renewal request of Notaries.
After receipt of Government memo, some Advocate & Notaries have filed a case in W.P.No. 9655/2016 in the A.P. High Court, Hyderabad against the orders of the Government and the Hon’ble High Court of AP set-aside the orders of the Government. But the Government have not issued instructions regarding the renewal of Notary Practice Certificate for further period of 5 years. The District Registrars are returning the renewal applications as per Government memo dated 31-08-2015.
But some of the Notaries are doing practice though their commission (the period of their Practice as Notary) is expired. My friend is telling that the Advocate cum Notaries may continue practice as Notary though their period of practice is expired.
Whereas I am of opinion that the Notaries cannot continue practice as their period of practice is lapsed and further period of practice is not renewed.
So I request the experts to offer your valuable opinion in the matter.

We have corporate office in Mumbai hence open bank account with Mumbai address for our Chennai branch. Now we have deposited one cheque in Chennai bank and that is dishonored due to fund insufficient, we wanted to file case in Chennai but Chennai advocate insisting to file in Mumbai because bank have Mumbai address but we have deposited the cheque in Chennai, pls suggest what to do thanks

I had taken personal loan of icici bank year 2007...i had paid them last 11 months EMIs but after dat im unable to pay EMIs. Now year 2017 i had joined some financial compamy and this company asked me for Icici bank salary account. Mean while from 2008 i had changed my staying to somewhere in mumbai. Now question is in my case personal loan is limit barriation scenrio. And if not then after 10 years what action will be taken by Icici bank...can they withdrwal my money as it salary issue by my company without my concern, has they have any right sabout dat.

Dear Sir,I 've 84R farm in beed city which is now in under R zone, as to reach at farm there is 12 feet (pandan) road from main road which is discountie by neighbour farmer & for the same road matter is in court between two brothers.as I want to know can I put the same matter in Tahsil Loksahidin seperately because if it is court matter for same road but I'm not involved in court matter. So pleasse guide me in case what will i do.
