Power of attorney - karnataka

Hi all,
I am living overseas. I have an apartment in bengaluru in mine&my husbands name. Now we want to sell that apartment. I want to give the power of attorney in my father's name. I heard, in case of a GPA in favour of a family member (father, mother, husband, son, daughter, brother and sister), for sale of a property in Karnataka, the stamp duty applicable is Rs 100. In case of a GPA in favour of some other person for sale of property in Karnataka, the stamp duty applicable is as on the sale deed on the market value of the property plus one percent towards registration charges on the market value of the property. But because the property is both in our names, what is our best option? Please advise. Thank you.

354 d harassment.

Hi,
I'm being charged for harassment under 354 D by my ex wife. I was worried about my son and i didn't see him for the past 1 year. I sent some email messages reminding about the past, which she says its vulgur etc. she hide the messages related to my child and only produced other messages. Also i didn't know that she is married again to some one. How can i get rid of this case and how can i win over her. She just wants to take revenge. I'm in Hyderabad. The details in the FIR are false. Except that i sent an email. They made a story out of that.

Thanks.

Can a disinherited son can claim property after father death

Hi experts,

I want to know that can a disinherited & disowned son can be a legal heir of his property after his father death?
My father died last month. We are two brothers & mother is no more. By the influence of some relatives he had given a notification in the leading newspapers that he had disinherited and severed all relations with me. He has two self earned property one is in Delhi and other in Bhubaneswar.
As per my knowledge he didn't make a will.
My question is that is there any scope for claiming as legal heir.
Waiting for the expert's advice.
Thanks in advance.

cyber crime

Since 2011 I was experiencing some abnormal threatening by behavior of unknown people around me. All my things were getting leaked so could not succeed in anything bcoz nobody will answer properly and will keep on arguing and delaying without doing its duty and letting my work done. After some months its confirmed that I was put on surveillance ( technical as well as physical) so there is no chance of getting right things ,, all my things are manipulated and spoiled in such way that it will become hard to prove. I have evidences against police and administration .. Now I need help from you people, I have got my next hearing date in august 2017 and Judge Sir has told me to either bring my advocate or I can Also Argue for myself in presenting the matter.
Now I have two problems..
I am not a lawyer neither I do have sufficient knowledge in that.. In any way can anybody help me in taking up or drafting my argument.
Second thing is that I have suffered so much of humiliation, tortures and failures that I have no control on my pitch .. So help me how can I present my argument keeping myself in the expected manner.
