Dear All,
I have finished my BCOM MBA in Finance & I would like to persue a law course to practice as an advocate.
1. Can someone tell me if there are any exceptions in papers as I have done my Mba (PG).
2. Is there any 2 years law course to practice as an advocate ?
3. is it better to do BL or LLB ?

I was booked in delhi for drink and drive couple of years back. Had to go to the court after one month for hearing. Paid the fine of ₹4000 and got my license and papers back. Now I have been selected in government job for the position of clerk by SSC. I have to fill an attestation form in which there are two points I am confused about:
a) Have you ever been fined by court of law? YES/NO
b) Have you ever been fined by court of law for any offence? YES/NO
What should I fill in the form and will it cause me to lose the job? Really looking forward for an answer. Thanks in advance.

Sir, I deposited two amounts of Rs.2 lac (under one cumulative and one non-cumulative scheme) with SRS Limited, a big corporate in Oct, 2014 for 3 years. On one Non-cumulative Fixed Deposit, they have paid quarterly interest upto 31.3.2017 only and not paid any amount after that and on another cumulative FD they have not repaid the maturity amount which comes to Rs.2.96 lacs. I have sent number of mails to them and also personally visited their office and made a request to repay my due amounts. In 2016, they got an order from the National Company Law Board that due to financial difficulties they are not abale to make payments as per due dates and got an order for release of payment in two and a half years after date of maturity with initial payment of 10% of principal amount on maturity date and balance in installements and also sent a letter to me that they are committed to make payment but there may be delay and at the same time mentioned that you may take another course of action if you wish. Kindly advice what should I do in this matter. Regards, Sushil Verma

I have an curiosity in mind that can an individual start banking business i.e. accepting deposits and advancing loans on interest. If yes, than what are the legal requirements and which law applicable. Further, if GST is applicable on such service and registration for the same is required under GST or not.

I applied for trb job case and mark was awarded but after final hearing too magistrate postponded the case for 5 days but more than one month over judgement is not issued and no date is given about the case. How long a case can be postponed for judgement alone

I share my residence with a person , with whom we have various cases pending in the court.
Out of that anymosity ,or anger he looks for various ways to annoy us.
He has recently installed almost 5 cctv camera directly looking into our various areas of the house.
What can we do.

In 1990 my grandfather got court decree for 1 acre land .my grandfather is plantiff and other person is defendant.defendent father name is shivalu .but in court decree , judgement copy defendant father name written wrongly ramaiah.
Defendant are died present.
my question
defendent sons can appeal the court decree right now.
Defendant name written correct,but defendant father name written wrongly in 1990 court case, judgement copy,decree

I have a house in a campus in which my Neighbour has converted his property into private school.
The accused is of criminal /fraud mindset which has decided to start the school.
The accused has a past history of cheating people and there are various complaints registered against him.
The dispute started when he wanted to use my piece of land for the approach road to his school.
All property papers are in my favour . yet since he is running a school he repeatedly make false elligations against our family by using the name of the school.
Since he is running a school the local authority , are easy influenced by him , and generally assumes we are the culprit.
few days back , he along with some anti social elements , tried to break our main gate of our house with an excavator machine. When we protested , we wore even physically assaulted by him and his members. After filling a complaint for an f.i.r. against him , out of surprise we found that an f.i.r. has been actually ragistered gainst us. All the insident is recorded in the cctv camera, but still police did not take any action against that person. We came to know that a very high level polititian had given the instructions to the high rant of police department and collector to do such act. what should we do , with this kind of evidence.

Filed a speedy trail petition for the partition suit
My father has owned a undivided property of 4Acres in the city among 4 peoples. My father was passed away on 2008, Now I have decided to divide the 4 acre property (one fourth of the share to me & my mother). For that I have filed a partition suit against my uncles (three of them) in may 2017. Also now i have filed a petition to speed the trail.
So when I can expect the verdict for the partition suit and have my share ?
Is there any way to speed up the case and make it to get the verdict as soon as possible ?
