Dear experts,
A High tension EB line is passing through & very nearer to an individual's building. If he wishes to change it through another way, & requests govt., does he is liable to pay the incurred cost for changing or govt? Plz advice with your legal suggestions in favour of a common person.
Earliest reply would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks / Maya.

A case was registered under 304B & 498A in the year 1994 against in-laws at the age of about 50-53 years. They were jailed and released on bail by high court after 6 months, latter after 2 years husband(25 years) was also added in the case diary. Against harassment and cruelty prosecution only has part of hand written diary, few pages indicating some of the events and conversation had with her in-laws which are of routine in nature. On the other hand there are letters written by the diseased to her husband praising him and her in-laws. Now with current situation when mother in law is no more, father in-law is at 78 years, witness getting older, proceeding still to begin, how to keep accused ready for court proceedings in future to counter the false allegations.
Thanks and regards

We had obtained a consent decree from the court in a financial case however in the consent terms filed there is a clause which is ambiguous. The other party wants to break out of the agreement of the consent decree however the judge has clearly highlighted the important clause and terms of the agreement which are non ambiguous in the decree order. Can he take use of the ambiguous clause and avoid the consent decree order, 1 year after the decree order was passed.

Respected Learned Counsel,
Under which section a notice can be served to the chief engineer of the maharashtra state electricity board?
An outsourcing employee of the electricity board had replaced the old meter against the new meter on the ground that the they got a list of several consumer whose meter is default but when they called up to the customer care they came to know that the electric meter is normal.
I would like to know that what legal action can be taken against them to avoid such unfair trade practices
I would also like to know that just on randomly basis they got the list of several consumer
How should i start a legal battle against the electricity company.
should i serve the notice to the chariman of the maharashtra electricity regulatory commission

Maintenance u/s 125 crpc
Hi, One of my client is in Jail for the last 40 days as he is not making payment towards the ex-parte maintenance. Initially he did make some payment but as the ex parte maintenance amount is more than his monthly income, he is not in a position to pay it. Maintenance was decided in Jan 2016 and huge arrear is accumulating. Because of his pauper condition, legal aid counsel was assigned to him who didn't manage his case correctly. Revision too was dismissed by the High court as it was ordered to clear dues first. I have recently taken his case and me too a fresh advocate. I have planned to file a writ petition then SLP if writ too gets rejected. If anyone from this forum can guide me for the next course of action or if I m adopting a right way. I just want the ex-parte maintenance to be reduced and him to be out of prison.
