Hi,
I got married one year ago, My wife and their family members started harassing me and creating rumors about my financial status and they try to speak to people and create an negativity on me, After completion of 1 year of our marriage I approached Honorable court and applied for divorce under 13 act, leaving my home after the notice is severed (She use to threaten me by saying that she will attempt a suicide and Ill be put behind the bars, during our stay they use to threaten me and my family members by saying that they will file some allegations against us. My parents are located 500 kms away from us.) she have received the divorce notice after 30 of receiving the notice on jan 20 they have filed 498 A , 3&4 DPA against my family. Now policemen and their family members have fake allegation against me and my family members. I have all the proofs to prove the allegations that were leveled upon her but they have fake allegations on us so do I have right to file against them proving them wrong or should me n my family go for remand?
Kindly suggest me a way out.

Account section found a wrong pay fixation after long-2 years. Is the pay band changed in present salary or it may last whatever fixed at first time. please help in this regard

My wife works in ICICI BANK LTD since Oct'2016 . She was under going some medical treatment in 2017 and as her job profile was out bound mainly she requested for a department transfer in HR ; but they didn't provide any department transfer rather suggested her to go for a with out pay Fertility leave from June'17 till Nov'2017. Then when she joined back she had submitted all her medical documents and also got checked by the corporate doctor who clearly said that she will require a leave as soon as she will get pregnant next time and HR agreed to provide maternity in such case.
Then in January'18 she informed the HR department that she is 7weeks pregnant and along with doctor certificate she applied for maternity leave.
HR didn't give her maternity leave rather on 30th January'18 HR sent her a letter stating that she has been absenting herself from 15th January'18 hence she will be on loss of pay. And even they have not provided the salary for the 14days she worked in January'18.
She spoke with HR department again when they told that she will be on loss of pay instead of maternity leave as she is not yet permanent in her service.
Seek your advice on this matter.

Hello sir, my father bought house and kept on my mother's name 20 yrs back .my mother kept sign for friend taking loan from someone.now he filed case on my mother for 5 lakhs with attachment of my house we went for compromise but he didn't listen .what to do

The Person who executed the Power of Attorney in favor of a Person appointed to represent him in Courts acquired Foreign Nationality after he executed the said Power of Attorney. The Representative attended a Case since 2008 before the Director of Panchayts and the opposite party lost the case in 2017 therefore they filed a Revision Application of that subject matter before the District Court. After filing the Revision application the opposite party learnt that the person who executed the Power of Attorney is holding a Foreign Nationality. Now the Opposite Party want to raise this issue of Foreign Nationality before allowing the Power of Attorney Holder to file the reply to the Application for Revision. Can the District Court permit the Opposite Party begin an Argument on the Power of Attorney and examine the Power of Attorney Holder in Court to know if the Person who executed the Power of Attorney is a Foreign National without first filing a written plea?

Under construction flat, which was registered and bank loan disbursed. Agreement says any delay builder will commensate with nominal rent (3k). But the delay is more than a year now and I feel it may take more time for completion. I am paying 9k rent and also pre-emi which is big burden. Can I cancel this flat, loan and come out of this?

I had hit my car from behind to a bike,and due to fear I went away from the spot and the person was held with some minor scratches.he lodged a complain against me after 5 days,in the police station and the police visited at my house 5 days after the incident. After that the person came to meet me personally and started to ask me lots of money.I said I will pay the medical bill. But he was not listening for that. Now he has lodged a FIR against me in police station I visited the station and was granted bail.Now my problem is that due to some technical issue of the insurance company my car was not able to be insured during the time of incident.So can someone help me with, is this case punishable or will be left with fine.

Transfer of house documents.
My ,aunt is still alive and she have two son and a unmarried daughter . At present she is the owner of the house but she want to transfer the house ownership to her daughter.
So , what is the procedure to do so ?
