Is there any specific provision that permits a retrospective effective date for agreements?
my name is prakash ipc section 143 147 148 323 324 354 504 506 149 criminal case on me. my name not in FIR after 9 months police showing his recording steatments to my name . police showing i am suspect person called enquire for police station . on that day actully police not taking me in police station . and also that day police showing befor 6 months death suspect person called the police station .
Information: As per initial survey revenue record(1958),survey no:353/1 is of 4 acres owned by 3 members . survey no: 353/2 is of 8 Acres owned by 6 members (1.Mr.Ram, 2. Mr.B, 3.Mr.Dasaradh, 4.Mr.D, 5.Mr.E, 6.Mr.F) but each person share is not mentioned in that record. then, Re-survey done in 1967. In between 1958 to 1967 there is no survey record. As per Re-survey record(1967),survey no:353/1 is sub divided into 4 sub divisons of 1acre each (353/1,353/2,353/3,353/4) survey no:353/2 is sub divided into 8 sub divisons of 1acre each (353/5,353/6,353/7,353/8,353/9,353/10,353/11,353/12). it is clearly mentioned that S.No 353/10 is owned by Mr.Putra son of Mr. Lakshman in re-survey revenue record(1967). Case: Mr.Dasaradh has two sons Mr.Ram and Mr.Lakshman. Mr.Ram has 3 sons, namely Mr.ramesh, Mr.suresh, Mr. Naresh. Mr.Lakshman has 1 son ,namely Mr.Putra. In 1974, Mr.Ravana bought 1 acre of land from Mr.ramesh son of Mr.Ram. in that sale deed it is mentioned that out of 8 acres in s.no 353/2, 1 acre of land sold by Mr.ramesh son of Mr.Ram to Mr.Ravana. there is no specific detail about the 1 acre survey number in that sale deed. S.no: 353/10 is mutated into the name of Mr.Putra's wife and it is in the enjoyment of her. due to old age of Mr.putra's wife , she left the village and staying with her children in city. by taking this advantage Mr.Ravana son is trying to occupy the land of Mr.Putra's wife by showing the sale deed mentioned above. now, Mr.putra's wife went to the court , and got the interim injuction order against Mr.Ravana's son. Mr.Ravana's son submitted sale deed in the court and claiming S.No 353/10 because of no clarity about 1 acre land survey number purchased by Mr.Ravana.
For 353/2 There are 6 members. In that 6 Members Mr. RAM and Mr. Dasaradh are Elder son and father. Other 4 Members are different persons. After re-survey 353/2 sub divided as 353/5 to 353/12. In 353/5 to 353/12 Elder son Share is Not mentioned. But Elder son Mr. Ram's Elder son Mr. Ramesh sold 1 acre to Mr. Ravana. Whereas younger son Mr. Lakshman's son Mr. Putra Share is mentioned as 353/10 In re-survey Record.
Will Ravana's son get succeded in this case?
Sir, I have purchased a plot 40X30' in the year 1970 .After that i have not carried out mutation .in the year 2003 my owner registerd same plot sold to other party and he got registered after he carried out mutation in the year 2013 by city munciplal corporation and he paid the tax till today .now he is claiming the ownership of the plot.can i file suit against the owner or 2nd party? Can cancel his mutation?

There is a suit against us by landlord at bandra small court
The suit is for eviction due to non usage and bonifite. It under maharashtra rent control act 1999
The property is commercial property. My father is a senior citizen so landlord is troubling us.
There was no repair in the building till date by any one.
We are not happy with our lawyer working may be he is not able to understand or we are not getting it point.
It in starting stage we file ws then we file for depositing rent in court
1.The landlord was not taking rent we try to pay him via cheque but he didnt accept soon that basic our lawyer put a application for depositing rent. The rent was due from 1994.the last rent paid was 60rs so we send him letter with calculation as 60rs and asked if any incremental do let us know we are ready to pay. Before some years back he demanded 200rs for settlement so we accepted and gave him calculations according to 200rs that but after paying via cheque he didnt accept the rent.
In 2013 the landlord brother send legal notice to all tenants that not to pay rent to anyone as there is despuite.
Now landlord lawyer say that from 1965 we have not increased rent from 60rs so we agree to pay 250rs but that not true he have increased many number of time for which we have rent receipts of 1983, 87,90,92,93 and 94 where landlord had increased rent and the last rent was 60rs. 60rs rent was including everything.
So can landlord demand more then standard rent like last bill was 60rs in court he is demanding 250rs from 1994.
2. the landlord lawyer calculated 250rs from 1999 4% incremental on full 250rs and every year he did on cumulative. As per him 250rs include taxes repair fund and other taxes. Im 2018 as per landlord the rent reach 700rs as he have increased from 1999 to 2018 4% cumulative every year.
So my question is in maharashtra rent act 1999 was applicable from 1st april 2000 and 4% incremental sud on standard rent that too simple basic.. So can landlord demand such thing in court?
3. Landlord claim there was increase in property tax in 2010 by bmc. The increment was from 2010 i.e and 500rs per month which i feel is 100% wrong as our property is small other using double the space then us and landlord is taking rent as 700rs rent all inclusive till date. So if our small property the taxes wont be so much. So landlord demand 500rs extra from 2010.so
How do i find out what is my standard rent, taxes and repair cess as per bmc from 1994 till 2018 including any increased of any taxes?
What documents sud i asked from landlords?
4.if we prove landlord is demanding more then standard rent then can landlord be punish as per law he can't demand more then standard rent.
5.from rti i found out my rentation value in 1992 and 2007 was same nothing got change. So how find what sud be standard rent in 1994 till date and repair cess and property tax.

Landlords have demand so high that my father is very tense.. Being senior citizen he is more tense and landlord keep coming and saying you will empty your shop in next hearing if you dont pay lakhs in court.

My client has taken a shop on rent and suddenly in one night the fire broke out in the late night and all the goods get destroyed.Now the owner of the shop held responsible to my client for all the damages and demanding for the compensation.As per the agreement he has served an eviction notice but is not ready to refund the security deposit also.
What legal option is available to my client?
is the rent agreement for shop is admissible in the court of law in maharashtra?
Sir my brother is working on contact basis under government control society. Recently some body come his chamber put down amount in his desk acb people come to his chamber and trapped but he not touched that amount but colour came in the bottle only not on the hand or his pocket. I Sub Court after Judgment, Defendant file IA ( Set side petition)under limitation act 5, that petition dismissed, because they do not show sufficient cause, and day by day delay reasons. Now In High court stay order can passed in CRP if possible for Defendant in suit and petitioners in I A and CRP.
Old provident fund records
My PF account should not have settled however, it got settled illegally more than 5 years ago.
I would like to get copy of statutory Form 19 & Form 10C ( pension) & 3A but the employer is turning hostile. How could i get the copy of these statutory forms from employer to whom I have submitted.
