Employer is a workmen contractor located in Delhi. He got a contract in Noida where labour will work in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Whether minimum wage act of Delhi or Uttar Pradesh apply in this situation? Please reply

i singed 20 years long lease to bank of India, but its rent too lower than current time, 9 years complete of lease and still 11 year pending so i want to cancel this lease, so its possible ?? because i want sell my property

I was driving on 2 Nov 2016 at 9:00 pm on highway road, the road connecting to the high way had no street lights on and i was driving curiously. Out of nowhere a person came to cross the road, i was at a speed of 50 and he got hit by my car. Now i got down and ask him to sit in my car so that i could take him to the hospital, however he asked me if i can call his brother which stays near by and i took a u turn and went to call the person. I saw that i am going in military cantonment, and when i called his brother seeing the situation he called more 5 - 6 people and started talking badly with me. I called my husband and family to take care of this situation, i also called police because in military all were drunk and misbehaving. The after 1 hours Col came there and started yelling on everyone and told that it was his candidate mistake as he was out at this time of the hour, but to help we have file a FIR because he would not get the benefits, and we did that, we there to help him.
The moment we entered the police station - He told his candidates that "you became witness of this event" and the whole FIR full with wrongly witness and events. And military guys left and we to left.
After 3 months a court orders comes in April 2017 and i go attend the same. However the witness or compliant did not came. Even the person who hit by my car, i called him to attend the court and complete his deposition as directed by lawyer, he did that, however he has not verified me or my car. Still however the compliant and witness have not turned up despite summons and warrants.
Judge on Feb 2018 asked to call Investigating officer to submit his report. i have spoke to investigating officer also he said he would be there in the court
This has been 2 years long suffering. My question is that
1) After IO submits his report what will happen?
2) Prosecutor is also informed to submit his closer report?
3) I am not verified any where, so is the benefit to me.

At District court level last 2years back in our land case Tribunal members only called for settlement illegally and even they said that AC will get some bribe and give order to one party and after we will sale through them to a builder, but we are not agreed to that proposal later they did what as they said, actualy the land is a Inaam land schedule caste and land grantee is my grand mother father but by forged document some people included their name in RTC even my grand mother's sister also support for this ilegal activity, and now we objected in the high court of karnataka where the writ appeal final hearing is going on from 2016 ( actually 3 parties involved in this case including my grand mother), my question is after objection from our side court not taking our case to hearing, as i absorbed before objection case hearing was speedy, my doubt is may be Political influence is the cause of delay. Is influcence and money matters in High court. My grand mother 85+aged lady from last 45 years she dreaming to get justice.

i was working in a company as administrator.i had been issued charge sheet for false declaration in employment application regarding qualifications. company only conducted departmental enquiry by internal officials and proved the charges and i have dismissed from the service. i have filed Writ Petition in High court. Since enquiry is committed court prepare to remand the matter to civil court.
but, company issued the charge sheet for no misconduct. there is no false declaration in employment application.
one more thing is application filled in the year of 2009 and joined in 2013.
i have taken contention in enquiry that, the rules of the company applicable only upon joining company hence charge for so called misconduct charge sheet should be given. company got power to cancel the appointment letter without notice immediately. but enquiry conducted, which was not necessary.
i am requesting kindly provided me some judgement as
1. for no misconduct, the charge sheet should not be given.
2. even though charges are proved high court can appreciate the evidence and document done in DE
3. company rules cannot be applicable to employee before employee join the company.
4. disciplinary authority and presenting officer, enquiry officer are interested person being employee of company proved charges and high court can interfere with the enquiry findings.

In a civil matter in High court, we are petitioner and division bench has noted" as kept for CAV..and matter is pending for 5 months. So what does it means ?is it judgment in our favour?

I am a Christian girl married a Hindu boy according to Hindu rites and customs in July 2014. I, my husband and our two children (son, daughter) lived in the house self-acquired by his Grandmother. My Grandmother-in-law expired in December 2016 leaving behind a will dividing the house in three equal shares one for my husband and the other two for my husband’s two married sisters. In June 2017 my husband expired. Now my husband’s sisters say that only my husband would get the share mentioned in will I am not entitled to it and his share will be divided among them as their names appear on the will. Is this true? After my husband death do I have the right to claim his share mentioned in the will?
Please advise.

Respected Sir/Madam, My wife has lost her memory completely, she is physically and mentally abnormal due to the side effect after outcome of suicide attempt(hanging herself). Now she is living with her parents. My in-laws filed a case against me u/s 498(A), case is under trail in court. All this happens in 2013. They kept My twins girl childs from 2013 to for 2017.
In May 2017 they sent my childs to my custody. I admited them in prestigious school by giving huge donation. But now they suddenly forcing me to sent back my child to their custody and they told that they wil take my childs in the month of April without my knowledge when I'm in office. with my in-laws. How can I retain my childs as per law.my childs are ready to stay either with me or with my in laws

Mentally Harisment of A 24 Year Old Girl By her Step Mom
Hello Sir,
I have a Female Frnd. Her Age is approx 24 year. Her Father first wife passed away before many years and than He did 2nd marriege.
My Female's frnd step Mom and Father mentally Harris her. Her atep mom abuses her, comments on her character etc. Her step mon threaten her and says Nikaal jaa iss ghaar se... Her faimly rarely givesher pocket money or any daily expense.
Her step mom call her Manhoos, and other character related abuses.
What are her rights? Wat she can do? Should she record her step mom voice while she abusing her? Is she can get any part in parents property? Pls guide...
