Hello Sir/Mam,
2 years back I took a loan from ICICI bank of 5lakhs.
I was able to make 8 installments and then I lost my job. I emailed them not to apply any interest for 3 months and I will start paying emi's. However bank charged me and then I stopped paying. Now 13 emi's deafulter.
Now I want to do settlement. Collection agency is asking for 45% and I am saying I can pay 30% of the remaining principal.
How to deal with them as they are calling my relatives, family members. They are abusing like any thing.

As per the LLP Act, an individual or a body corporate can become partners in an LLP. I would like to know whether an individual in the capacity as a trustee (representing the trust) can become a partner in an LLP?

Hello, I am the husband and my marriage was solemnised on 24/04/2106,at my ancestral place which is my permanent residence also.I belong to uttarakhand and my wife lived with me at my place for 1.5 year and she was working as Bank employee.A daughter was born out of wedlock at my place.Now due to matrimonial difference she has started living with her parents at her parental place in another district of uttarkahnd.She has claimed permanent residence of that district now.
My question is, can my wife after marriage claim the permanent residence at her parental place after deserting me ??? Please advice

What is the procedure for appeal in Karnataka State Consumer Commission?
I checked in the Karnataka State Consumer Commission website but no particulars as to whether:
1. New petition of appeal has to be typed?
2. Or old petition should be sent?
3. A new petition plus old petition to be sent?
4. How many copies to be sent of new petition and old petition?
5. How many copies of bills to be sent?
In district forum they told
3 sets to the district forum with one set of supporting documents along with main petition plus how many ever opposite parties are there, one copy to each of them of the complaint.
In state commission is the same to be followed? Please anybody guide.

Is their any law/procedure if the person's petition dismissed from SC. The order of the Low court is (under section 138 ni act) cheque was of 2 Lakh and court gives 3 Lakh & 2 years S.I. (if not able to pay the amount, has to move more for 1 month S.I.)............. The accused is ready to pay the amount & compensate or compound penalty also. But want relief from imprisonment......
Experts Please Suggest.........

मैने एक प्राइवेट कंप्लेंट लगा रखी है cjm में ,और accounts फोटोकॉपी दे रखी है कोर्ट में as an evidence, कोर्ट ने मुझे original accounts book exhibit करने को कहा है , तोह में कैसे exhibit कराऊ, यानि मुझे एप्लीकेशन लिखनी पड़ेगी क्या exhibit करने के लिए और क्या प्रोसीजर है exhibit कराने के लिए और क्या मुझे original books of account कोर्ट से वापस मिलेंगे क्या ?, please help me.

इसके अलावा मेरा property commission का बिज़नस है मेरा पैसा मेरे पार्टनर ने हड़प लिया। account books और सौदों की डायरिया मेरे पास पड़ी है । इनकम इनकम टैक्स और सर्विस टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट में show नहीं की हुई है न मेरे और न मेरे पार्टनर के तो अगर में 406 IPC का केस लगाउ तो इनकम टैक्स या सर्विस टैक्स की प्रॉब्लम तोह नहीं होगी?
