Can a Muslim marry another woman when he was living with a wife and kids .
Is it legally accepted ??
Or any issues in this regard..

My case is under process civil court, Maharashtra, district. Osmanabad
I have purchased land having Gat No 133/4 .and civil judge passed court commission order to measure my plot in the year 2017.but respondent advocate shows his power in police station and put pressure my advocate. Their Gat No Is133/1/4 .both Gat No are different. Please suggest me what to do if police department does not register my FIR.. ANY other legal expert who can help me.

The case has been disposed in march 2018 but the order for the same and decree has still not been recieved.

Wish to enlightened by my learned colelaguesw
CAN arbitrator contact third parties for knowing the facts i case they are referred in the claim statement and its documents.
A claimant produced documents including copies of emails purported to have been sent to various officials of the respondents which were not responded by the officials of respndent.
can arbitrator send emails to those officials whether or not they have received emails and if so why they have not given reply to claimant.
shall be obliged for reply from my colleagues

Hello, I have a criminal litigation going on in lower court and we are three accused, I am the main accused. we got an offer for settlement but the amount is only I can afford and other two cannot afford so is there any way that main accused do settle the case in court and other two accused case run in court as it is... does it possible to settle with only main accused, not others. we are on IPC 420 407 IT 64 65

good morning all.
We have been married for more than 15 years. We have a son living with my wife. For the last 8 years, i know that she is living in Bangalore. but i dont know her address. i am living in Chennai. I havent visited her even once in the last 8 years. she visited me 4 times in the last 8 years. she is nott ready to stay together and live . Once i went to her old address where she was living in bangalore. But she was not ready to tell her address. . All communication is only thru phone.
Mean while i applied for divorce. i discussed all my issues with a lawyer and told him , i dont know her address. After marriage we stayed in chennai for a year .So my lawyer told me that he would send a notice to chennai where she was staying. and then go for paper advertisement . so i will get a ex-partee divorce.
i too agreed with him, as my wife is not ready for divorce. she wants to continue like this. My wife is working.
Now my lawyer got a court order to publish notice in paper.
meanwhile i heard there is a risk involved in this method.
please let me know sir, what should i do. I told my wife many times that i am going to apply for divorce as she is not ready to live together.But she is least bothered. I also tried to convince her to live together thru phone. she is not ready. She doesnt know that i have applied for divorce. I am too much confused .
Shall i go ahead as per lawyers advice .Please advice me.

Hello,
My laptop was stolen from the car by breaking window on 24.06.2018. I had filed a complained with Police. They had given me CSR.
I claimed insurance with CSR. But the insurance company is asking for either FIR or untraceable report from police.
What should I do now?

Eviction of buyer from suit premises
My father purchased flat in panvel, which is morgaged in bank...by the request of my fathers relative my father given permission to reside in that flat then she requested to my father that the neighbours are tourching her that you r not the owner of the flat so remove yourself,hen she requested my father that make power of attorney in her favour stating that i m your relative,my father made a POA stating above fact,and given her to read and before regisration she change my father POA and made another POA in which she stated that she purchased said flat in 5,50,000/- she stating that she paid the money by cheque which she never paid 5,50,00p to my father and taken sign fraudulently and my father thiking that, that POA is his POA he sign on that know the problem is she is ready to give 5 lacks but the price of that flat is approximately 30 to 40 lacks...
In short
Property is morgaged
Fraudulently she taken sign on POA as her will
She never paid 5,50,000 to my father
She is ready to give 5 lack but as the flat price is raise and it is approximate 30 to 40 lack my father said her to give 15 lack and take the flat i will relinquish my right and all, but she is not ready...!
We cant file a suit bcoz we r going to leave mumbai we are shifting to solapur.
Then, in this condition,
what is the remedy is available to my father.
