Delay in crediting pension amount upto 4.75 lakhs

I Ramesh Kumar SBI A/C No: 20012180900 PPO No: 08/14/B/10957/2009(Date of dispatch 06 Apr 09) hereby intimate you that my Payment of DCRG, Commutation of Pension and Monthly Pension from 21 Jun 2008 has not been CREDITED to my account till date (i.e. 28 Jul 2009).

I have visited the branch (3BRD AF Chandigarh) on 01 Jul 09 and completed all formalities for release of my PPO amount into my account. 28 days have passed since then and not a single rupee credited to my account. Total amount of Rs.4,42,554/- plus pension from Jun 2008 is not credited to my account.

It is so sad that Pension formalities which are completed and amount credited to account within 24 Hours is delayed for 28 days and still pending without any specified REASON.

I am presently working in Kerala and as such unable to visit or contact the bank in person.

Kindly advice what could be to solve this problem
Regards
Ramesh Kumar

adverse possesion

My father bought land at Bikaner in 1965 and was forcefully occupied in 1981 . In 1982 a case was filed in the District court . In 2008 during cross examination he (Presently 80 years of age and hard of hearing ) misunderstood the question asked and stated that the possesion was taken in 1965. Court ruled Adverse possesion in fvour of opponents. We are planning appeal in HIGH COURT .
What should be line of action or grounds of appeal?
Would the latest ruling of Supreme court on adverse possesion help ?
The perons mentioned in the case as defendants have either expired or sold their possesion to others . How can the present occupants be brought to books?

please advice .

Decree of annullment under section 12(1)(c) of HMA

Respected All ! I would like to invite your opinion over the issue regarding a lie told by the bride before marriage with regard to her educational qualification, whereas, in fact, instead of M.A. English in first division as claimed by her, she is only graduate, that too in third division. Furthermore, the certificate of MA-Ist year furnished by her after one month of her marriage, clearly depicts the forgery in the said certificate because it could be clearly legible that she has failed but in her futile attempt she had forged the said certificate and changed the marks thereby declaring herself as passed the said exam. Thus my question is that, apart from prosecuting her for forging the certificate u/s 466 IPC shall i have any chance of getting the said marriage annulled u/s 12(1)(c) of Hindu Marriage act
