Hello everyone, after the delhi goverment notified the MPD 2021, many traders were saved from the sealing drive.and almost every trader and property owners took loans to renovate there properties,so there business could improve after the demolitions and sealings and they invested crores of rupees because they felt assured by the notification of the government.Now that the masterplan has been chalenged in the court,what are the options that property owner or a trader has if the supreme court orders to scrap the mpd 2021 or makes changes to it resulting in change of status of roads that were notified as commercial.

husband has filed petition for divorce under cruelty and desertion. now wife has filed application for maintenance. wife is earning Rs.5000 per month and there is no issue out of marriage and no other liabilities also. and wife never made any attempts for reconciliation and also carrries middle class life style.
can u plz help me with some citations or judgments denying maintenance application of earning wife.

What r the documents or is there any site or is there any particular office for registration
Is it mandatory to have 2 primary and 10 secondary proposers.

Delhi High Court by its judgment dated 18/04/2009 allowed the petition filed by Home Solution Retail India Ltd, a pantaloon group company challenging the levy of Service Tax on the renting of immovable property. As I have taken liability for service tax on rent for city show room at Ludhiana. Please let me know, whether payment is to the made or not.
