Can someone tell me what is allowed in India w.r.t to Stem cells research based invention and can the cell based product be patented in India?

I have pledged orignal N.S.C. with Bank against loan taken from them. I have paid amount of loan but banker lost my orignal N.S.C. and the same matured in this month. Please advice, how can obtain duplicate N.S.C. and what is documentation required with full procedure for this purpose.

My friend's property has been demolished by the MCD in Delhi. In fact it was done after tampering my friend's property records in the MCD files owing to the instigation done by my friend's neighbour who influenced the MCD officials.
Any one could suggest me a good lawyer who is sympathetic and honest and help me since my friend is not that much rich person. It is urgently needed because good part time has been lost.

Dear Sir, i am a dealer of packaged food and beverages and i am getting my cash memo printed for the first time ,. A friend of mine mentioned that i hould include the following in my memo too " We hereby certify that food mentioned in this cash memo/bill is warranted to be same in nature. Substance and quality as certifed by the manufacturer". Is the lnguage fine nor needs to refined.

TDS claim on late filling
A coop Soc Ltd has get its account audited before 30th Sep 09 but could not submit the return before 30the sep09.
now what are the consequences of late filling:
whether the TDS refund can be claimed by filling ROI after due date?
Whether 44AB penalty will be imposed i.e. half % or 100000
