hi, a known of mine is booked under above section for preparing fraud documents for visa application to different countries. he has two co accused shown as workers. 60 passports , forged stamps paper, computer etc are recovered from them.the big problem is the person is already sentenced to 3 years RI from lower court and was out on bail from session court.i know this time he had nothing much to do with this but this is immaterial. all the recovery is shown on him by the police.what is the fate of his bail from session court.
there are no public complaints on him. after how many days he should move his bail to the sessions.

i would be obliged for guidance on below
I am tenant of a sole property since 1938
we have a document on 100 rs. stammp paper
in which it is noted that the value of property at that time was rs. 15000/-
i can also note that price of gold at that time was rs.18/- per ounce
we have paid monthly rent of rs. 471/-
which was rs. 135/- for the tenant previous to us.
also any gov-municipal taxes are borne by us. any repairing when needed was borne by us
(1)if the original lanlord sells it to any property developer but if we don't want to
vacant the property does the new landlord
has any legal right to proceed against us?
(2) what are our rights in substitution of vacanting the property?
(3)is there our first right to buy the property?

Dr. S.V.Shinde,

Cell No.:- 09422170185
I am working as an assistant teacher in Yeshwant (junior) college, Nanded (Full grant) run by Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society, Nanded
As per Advertisements of Lectures in Chemistry (Senior College) of Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society, Nanded I applied for both the colleges i.e. one for fully granted Yeshwant College, Nanded(one post) second partly granted Indira Gandhi College, CIDCO, Ned Nanded(two posts). Both the colleges run by Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society, Nanded. The institution issued only one single call letter for personal Interview. Nothing was mentioned in the call letter whether I was called for granted or partly granted post.
My academic score was 214.66. I was the topper in the academic score. I faced personal interview and could satisfy the expectations of the panel members of the interview. I secured 25 out of 50 marks in personal interview. My total score was 239.66.
The other candidates who were my competitors lagged behind me in personal score.
But when appointment letters were issued I was shocked to know that the selected candidate who got III preference by the interview panel (personal score = 161.5 and 48 marks in personal interview = 209.5) was given appointment in fully granted college and I am given appointment in partly granted college.
It is my question to you whether it is legally proper.
I seek your guidance in this regard.
Sincerely
Dr. S.V.Shinde

Are LLPs registered in India allowed to make investment in the overseas capital markets thru shares listed in those markets particularly in the US stock markets, Nasdaq and dow jones?
One of my colleagues has filed a MVC petition claiming the compensation for the death of agrl., coolie who was sitting in the Trailor attached to the tractor.
In this case Tractor belongs to one party and trailor belongs to another one, but the insurance company is same.
My colleague's contention is that tractor owner is liable to pay the compensation for the death of the coolie, but insurance co., advocate is arguing that trailor owner is different. Hence insurance co.,of the tractor is not liable to pay the compensation.
My advice is that trailor was used by the tractor owner and during the course of employment coolie died. Hence the tractor co., is liable to pay the compensation.
I need advise from the learned members. Please advise me to advise my collegue. If any rulings please quote.

Sir,
There is a mistake in respect of T. S. Number in registered simple mortgage deed. The deed has been executed by the mortgagor in the year 2008. the mortgagor has failed to dischrge the amount. On verification of the documents it has found that, there is typographical error in respect of T. S. No. the mortgagor is absconding. In the absence of mortgagor the mortgagee can approach the Sub-registrar for the registeration of rectification deed, if not what is the procedure for registering rectification deed.
