Hi,
I would like to know for a software company to registered under the ESIC act what is limit of employees drawing salary less than 15000/-
Is it 20 or 10?

I have received two cheques in 2008 (1st cheque - Rs.30 lakhs & 2nd cheque - Rs.5 lakhs) agaist the supply of material. I was staying in visakhapatnam at that time. Both these cheques were deposited in the bank at visakhapatnam. These two cheques were bounced due to insufficient funds.In the mean time i shifted to Hyderabad. I could send the legal notice through the lawer at hyderabad. I wanted to file the cases at hyderabad court (since i was told that place of issue of notice also the one of the jurisdiction). But my lawer suggested not to take risk since the big amount is involved. So i filled the NI Act complaint for Rs.30 lakhs cheque at visakhapatnam & the second cheque i filed the case in hyderabad. The case in vizag is expected to come for hearing in August and still hyd court case will take lot of time for hearing.
Now i understand that the supreme court has issued the judgement to say that 'any number of cheques relating to the same transaction' shall be filed in one court and it cannot be filed in different courts.
Please advice me in this regard. Should i transfer the case to one court. If so pl suggest me whether i shall transfer the case from hyderabad case to vizag or vis a virsa? What is the procedure to transfer the case from one court to other?
Pl advice me.

with regards it is submitted that my mother was oweing one house along with title shared by my younger brother.She left a will before her demise in favour of me. by virtue of the said will i got the name endorsed in mahangar palika of dehradun and tax is being paid by me and my name is included in tax now i want to get registered the house in my name what should i do

can huf be a partner in llp??
i heard that There is no clarity on whether Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) can be admitted as a member of LLP. However a Karta, representing HUF can become partner of LLP. what it means??

A Indian Private limited co is presently in dialog with a NRI whereby the NRI has offered his technical expertise to the Indian firm in exchange for a share in Capital of India co.
Pl advise:-
1. Will this constitute FDI, considering the Indian Co is supposed to undertake Construcion business.
2. If the MoU with the NRI require permission of Central Government.
3. The MoU shall contain Non-Compete & Exclusivity clause for any business in India. If such agreement is possible & enforecable by law.
4. Format of agreement & specific references to Legal provision is desirable.

I am a tenant on pagadi system basis. And there are near about 50 tenants in the same bldg.Our bldg has completed +25 yrs. I am dwelling in the said house since last 12 yrs. Nowadays the landlord of our bldg. started harrasing us as he wants to construct a new bldg. by demolishing the old one in which i am dwelling. His debate is going on with the builder pertaining to their share. As he is rich person, with help of his friends who are corporators he declared our bldg as DhOka Dayak Emarat. He made deal with the builder behind our back. And he is saying he will only pay me the amount which i had paid him 12 yrs before and saying to vacate the place. So tell me what are the right & remedies which are available to me and what share which i will get in the said property after being demolished or being constructed. The property is situated in Dombivli, Dist-Thane

can any one inform me that recently there is a judgement passed by the Delhi high court regarding the insaurance claim....it was held by the court that in order to claim the insaurance amount, VISCERA REPORT is not mandatory...i want to know the name of case or citation of case....i need it at the earliest
