a case has been filed against my relative as a floater of chit fund
the Gist of the case is
the persons relative was running a VC in dhulia and was absconding since 2015 since he had to pay 6 lacs. he is not convited and in jail since june 20, 2018
a FIR has been lodged against my relative who is innocent and resides in mumbai never visited that place
we have filed anticipatory bail for the relative in sessions court dhulia which was rejected. what should be the next move? since he is innocent

Share of Widow and 2 daughters in Husband or fathers inherited property..
A person died leaving behind a widow and 2 daughters he is entitled for some1/3rd share in inherited property from his Grandmother through his died mother .
what will the share of widow and 2 daughters, Is there any residue will be left or widow and daughters are entitled completely to the property inherited by their father or husband.

Reward is passed by Industrial labour tribunal jalandhar against us as ex parties . where we appeal or challenge this reward?

I have some query regarding interpretation of some clause of above Act please help in interpretation of same.
Section 2(h) of above act is is as follow: -
2 (h) “Pension Fund” means the Pension Fund established under sub-- section (2) of section 3-E.
sub-- section (2) of section 3-E. of above act is as follow : -
3-E (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 3, there shall be established, as soon as may be after framing of the Pension Scheme, a Pension Fund into which there shall be paid, from time to time, in respect of every employee who is a member of the Pension Scheme,-—
(a) such sums, not exceeding one-fourth, of the amount payable to the Fund under sub-section (1) of section 10-D as the employer’s contribution as well as the employee’s contribution, as may be specified in the Pension Scheme;
(b) such sums as the Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, specify;
(c) the net assets of the Family Pension Fund as existed immediately before the establishment of the Pension Fund; and
(d) any other contribution which may be made to the Pension Fund with the previous approval of the Central Government.
sub-section (1) of section 10-D is as follow : -
10-D. Payment of contribution by employers and recovery thereof from members .—
(1) The contribution shall be payable by the employer (hereinafter referred to as the employer’s contribution) and by the employee (hereinafter referred to as the employee’s contribution) at such rate as may be specified in the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme, and the employer shall pay the employer’s contribution as well as the employee’s contribution, whether or not he has recovered from any employee the employee’s share of the contribution.
if contribution rate is 12% by employee and 12% by employer in Coal Mines provident Fund Scheme i.e. 24%.
how much maximum contribution can be made in pension fund as per section 3 E (2).
whether it will be total 6% i.e. 3% by employee and 3% by employer ?
or total it can be 12% i.e. 6% by employee and 6% by employer ?
or whether it can be more than 12 % as per section 3E (2) ?

hello sir, my great grand father was non farmer and in 1953 my great grand father had purchased one land with partnership with gunot (Charan). during the registration mamladar found that he is non farmer and he charged him fine of Rs-1 as per rule 84A and registered his name as farmer and my great grandfather name was there is 7/12, after the deth of my great grand father my grand father and his one brother and one sister name added as per "varsai" but during that time Charan (Partner of land) file objection for this varsai but mamlad refuse his objection and entered my grand father name in 7/12.. in 2013 my grand father wants to entered our name in this property in their presence but when we apllied for that the charan again file objection by telling that this land was purchased by his father from my grand father with out any proof and our name was not entered in 7/12, we file complain against mamladar to collector office but rejected by telling my great grand father was non farmer and ordered to remove all our name from 7/12.. we gone to gandhinagar against this verdict but regected... now we want to go to high court but not sure as per low we are correct or not please guide me about bombay revenue act...

Neighbour not letting me to do construction
I have a land in my mother's name in Bihar.The land was gair majurwa malik in khatihan and was transferred by my father to my mother as gift.The land in khatihan is in name of 3 people 1 member my neighbour and other 2 from my family.The half land of same got dakhil kharij in her name and the land tax since then is being deposited regularly. 40 yrs ago the same dispute was settled by executive court in our favour after which the land was transferred to my mother.We applied napi of the same in block and got it done.Now I want to construct boundary wall on the half portion on which the napi has been done by government amin but when ever I try to initiate the neighbours come and start to quarrel I tried to register complaint but no response.Kindly guide how can I have this construction and can I file an for of extortion on my neighbours.
