Salary deduction during notice period for taking paid leaves

Dear Sir/Madam
I seek your advise on the below matter.
I was working for a German based company in Gurgaon since last 1.5 years. Since that time I earned 28 earn leaves(EL).
My notice period in the company was 1 month, I resigned form my position and got the EL approved to be taken during notice period. Now after a month at the time of Full and Final, company is informing me that if i take leave in notice period, they will deduct my salary and pay me nothing.

Explanation given by them for this matter is :-
1. if i take leave in notice period it will be considered as i am not serving that many days of notice period, so i have to pay the company for that many days
2. Since i took a paid leave for that days, so that makes us even and they will pay me nothing.

As an information: this was not informed to any employ of the company till now. THIS IS NOT WRITTEN IN EMPLOY HANDBOOK (Company policy) and also not mention anywhere in my appointment letter.

please suggest what should I do.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Fraud

We filed civil suit ( 1997 ) of land which we have possession from ancestors but respondent forcefully takes possession by making wall in 1997 so we filed suit based on promulgation report of city survey which made by respondents during our minority ( 1980 ) which mention document of our ancestor of samavat 1960 and respondent did not mentioned about acceptance of this documents in their written statement and chief examination but produced WILL of year 1990. Judgement given against us and based on wholly on document which we produced which not accepted by respondents. Judgment based only our side chief examination when opposite side chief examination mentioned about false statement which not considered. Now at appeal stage we found the document produced by us based on promulgation report which made by respondents are fraud not of this land documents. So we filled application for accept original documents and document of forgery by findings it by us as additional evidence but it was rejected by district court. So is it exparte decree based on one side fact ? Can I filled writ of mandamus before high court or filled civil revision ?

I had taken voluntary retirement from service in the year 2008 and my marriage had been dissolved on October'2018 u/s 13B of Hindu Marriage Act 1955. As per my Pension Payment Order at the time of taken VRS in the year 2008 my ex-wife is entitle to get family pension after my death. My query is whether my ex-wife is now entitle to get family pension as the marriage had already been dissolved by decree of divorce by Court.

Tenants beaten and falsely claimed of creating nuisance

Please read and reply soon I need urgent help. I live in a triplex apartment. All the people are owners except me. The water and motor electricity bill are common. A few flats owners would come and take a double bill amounts from me. They never showed me the bills even after requesting and pleading for months so they could receive an extra amount and don't pay the bill. Lately, I have started collecting all the bills. The woman whose's bills I paid earlier first tried to threaten me saying that our area inspector is her relative. I didn't get afraid thinking those were empty threads. She didn't give the bills of past three months and went somewhere. When she returned I asked her to pay the amount, but she hit me in the eye and called the local policeman before I could take any legal action against her. She pre-planned everything because she already had three false witnesses in her home who told the officer that I was beating her and she helplessly fell. She is 65 year old and was acted so well as if she was beating though I had merely touched her hair. To protect myself I hit her but it was she who attacked me first. My eye is totally red know. The policeman told that I should shift somewhere else. I showed my eye which she punched and also the bills she didn't give. Instead of taking my side he pushed me to give my landlord's number. The policeman is indeed her relative. His name is Vinod. After that day I went to my landlord and took their permission for registering an FIR against the woman. The police officer at the station called Vinod as soon as I told him what had happened they had a long conversation. He than passed my FIR application to the lady inspector. No one listened to me and instead the lady inspector said that she could put me into the lockup for nuisance I caused the old woman. I can't change a house right now because the kids will soon have their exams further my husband doesn't have time to search for new rental options in the same area. I want to teach her a lesson. Please tell me what should I do. I have nil knowledge of laws.

"barred" under law

Dear experts kindly read the following-- as i wish to understand--why the PoA has been rejected by the court.

Subhash Chandra had on November 17, 2016 moved the court through a power of attorney to Gulshan Kumar Sachdeva, seeking prosecution of Mr Kejriwal for allegedly defaming him by levelling false allegations in the wake of demonetisation
A Delhi court on Saturday discharged chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in a defamation complaint filed by Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament or MP Subhash Chandra, saying Mr Chandra had not followed proper procedure while filing his plea.Additional Chief Metropolitan

Magistrate Samar Vishal granted the relief to the Aam Aadmi Party chief, noting that Mr Chandra had filed the complaint through a power of attorney which is "barred" under law.

The court said that Mr Chandra was at liberty to file a fresh complaint in accordance with law."Hence proceeding further with this case will be a futile exercise as this case is also filed through power of attorney. Accordingly the accused Arvind Kejriwal is discharged from this case," the court said.
