My friend joined one IT company and dropped resignation email after one week. They asked him to serve 3 months notice period or pay 1.5 lakhs as per their company rule. My friend is not ok with serving notice period. He returned the company asset (laptop) to them. They told him that they treat him as a absconding case.
My friend joined other IT COMPANY without mentioning the previous company's 1 week experience.
My friend's previous Hostel received one letter from the previous company.
Final doubt that, is there any chance that previous company file a case under dual employment by tracing using UAN / PAN number.
ANY help will be greatly appreciated.

We the society hold a 700 sqmtr plot in a city in maharashtra, there are 12 members in the said society and i am the chairman of the society, the members of the society don't have funds to develop the said piece of land and so my question is :
1) can the society go in for JV or development agreement with a potential builder to develop the said property, if yes then what is better option JV or Development agreement.
2) can the society rent out the premises that the society receives from the builder in return of development agreement?? if yes then what are the tax obligation for the society in future?
3) finally if 5 members retire from the said society then the number of member for a legal society goes down, in that case what could be done?? can the remaing member dissolve the society, and in that case who gets the exclusive right of the land after the society is dissolved??

We purchased plots in layout, after registration and paying all amount we noticed seller has put wrong address which is not in existence in that layout. when we ask for rectification the seller stopped responding to us.. now we have file FIR against him, we are scared with the attitude of police they indirectly said us they have pressure for localities to help local people even though they r wrong . police interrogated seller in front of us and was confirmed that he is fraud. police have given him time to refund us.. but there is no response from seller and if i called police they just say they are investigating with others who involved in this fraud.. plz sir help me we have lost out 15 years hard earned saving, want our money back ..

It's the habitual practice of that company. whoever demands strongly for the full and final settlement, they will threaten by sending legal notices. Further, the company will not support and fails the employee verification process for such employee.

An agricultural land 18 acre in Maharashtra was gifted in writing by a muslim MR. X to his muslim wife MRS. Y in the year 2013. The said gift deed was executed in front of bonafide citizens and advocate. The possession of the said land was accepted by MRS. Y. Thereafter, Mr. X expired in the year 2017. The legal heirs from the first wife of Mr. X are claiming rights on the said land being aware that the said land has been already been gifted to Mrs. Y. The legal heirs made an application to incorporate their names on the 7/12 extract. Pursuant to the application and objection of MRS. Y, the Tehsildar and Talathi directed the applicants to get the legal heir certificate from the court. The legal heirs are now trying to create third party rights and trying to encroach and disturb the possession of the said land. The said Gift Deed has not been challenged by the legal heirs.The posession is still with MRS. Y.
Mrs. Y is intending to file for Temporary Injuction under 39 CPC and Declaration Suit under 34 Specific Relief Act.
Should MRS Y go ahead with the filing of the above cases or please advice the better section in which the case can be filed?
What would be the Court Fee for an 18 acre land?
Who should she make party to the suit, the legal heirs and Tehsildar/ Talathi?

MY DECEASED WIFE WAS AN APPLICANT IN BPTP ( BUILDER), AFTER PAYING MAJOR INSTALLMENTS SHE DEMISED. NOW WHEN MY ONLY DAUGHTER RELINQUISHED HER RIGHT IN MY FAVOUR THE BUILDER ASKS TO APPLY AFRESH FOR SUBSTITUTION, WHEREAS MY SAY IS WHY A FRESH APPLICATION IS NEEDED WHEN A BOOKING IS EXISTING IN HER NAME AND I WANT MY NAME BE SUBSTITUTED. My name is praveen,I am civil service aspirant.My father is a Retired Employee in Transport corporation in Andhra Pradesh.He is a class 4 employee & My mother is Primary school teacher(SGT) in Andhra pradesh.she is a class 3 employee.Their both salaries comes under below 8 lakhs.Am I eligible for OBC non creamy layer category???? I heard that irrespective of income if both parents are class 3 and class 4 status,,,will they comes under non creamy layer category????
