CAN ANY ONE TELL ME THE LAND CEILING LIMIT FOR A COMPANY WITH SUPPORTED ENECTMENTS. WE ARE BUYING A LAND FOR OUR COMPANY, BUT I FEAR THAT WE MIGHT BE HIT BY TAMILNADU LAND CEILING ACT. CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN ME THE CEILING RULES AND TO HOW MUCH EXTEN A COMPNAY CAN OWN WITH REGARD TO STANDARD ACRES. CAN A COMPANY HOLD MORE THAN 15 STANDARD ACRES

Dear Learned Experts
How to calculate the compensation u/s 163(A) of MV Act if the age of the deceased is 55 his salary is 16000/month, wife and parents are dead and has 4 children(2 son and 2 daughter both married).
Also explain the procedure of calculation with illustration with given figures...what is the difference between 163(A) and 166 of MV act.

Please clarify what is the procedure to reconvene and adjourned SGM of a Public Trust. The SGM adjourned in want of a reply to some quiries.
Only the members attended for the adjourned meeting are allowed to attend the reconvened meeting? Or should the Trustees call up all the members of the organisation?
This meeting was adjourned for another day, but to reconvene within 2 months time.
I am looking for a reply from experts about this sine die adjourned SGM....
