Hi ,
My query is regarding Personal loan and cc. I have some loans pending in banks like icici and hdfc . i have not paid the loan and has no monies also to pay it . its pending since two years . I have loans on my wife's name and now her passport is expired . will there be any action on her passport reissuance . I don know whether we have any summons pending in any court or not . we are from bangalore and loans are from delhi and bangalore both. please let me know /

Before few months I purchased one car from one of the leading finance company. My EMI was concluded to be Rs.8333, however they made the cheque of 8334. As the amount is not so big but I want to know how can I challenged them. Can I have any right any section or ACT to challenge them for this. Because if they do such hings with so many cheques then the total would be a big amount. So please guide me for the same to know the status. Thank YOu.

1}whether credit for vat paid on capital goods under mvat is allowed or not?
2}whether credit for vat paid on packing material is allowed or not?
3}whether credit for vat paid on purchase of building materials for construction of factory-building is allowed or not?

A Company proposes to shares on preferential basis pursuant to chapter VII of SEBI ICDR Regulations. As per the Regulations the holdings of allottees as on the relevant date should be locked-in for six months. However, One of the allottee to the issue has pledged his shares.
thus the query is:
1. Can pledged shares be locked-in under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations? If Yes Wht is the Procedure?
2. If not possible wht are the other options available to the Company and the allottee?
3. Can you cite any relevant cases in this matter?

Divorce petition u/s 13 HMA filed by husband & wife separately in same district but to different courts.husband join proceeding of wife `s petition & both parties r agreed for divorce by mutual consent.ADJ oral orderd to parties to settlment of permanent alimony,wife `s custody is 2 years daughter.but now husband not join court & send message to wife I can not pay any alimony to her & court only pass order of exparte proceeding as i need also divorce so it will not adversely effect to me.he told i can give u divorce widout any payment.what is the remedy to the wife in this case? in this case husband doing private job of RS 4000/ & has property of 2 acre in his father`s name,but he denied in the court of doing any kind of work.Now court give us time for settlement for 3 times & it is last opprtunity for us to settle the alimony between parties.If he will not come to court,what option to wife as a petitioner & respondent becoz both cases have same date.

sir my wife has file 498a and pwda for maintenance a two years old child is with her i have demanded child custody.
now i want to buy a house in the name of child.
will the purchase of house in the name of child succeed to curtain the huge money maintenance per month order of wife?
will child custody case helpful to prove that father is invested some money in the name of child for his future as its final duty of each family to earn for children after fundamental needs and hence child custody to be in favour of father?

ESOP shares transfer
Some ESOP shares from the company. Are there are tax liabilities in transferring these X shares to father over demat?
Will both father & son need to show in their income tax returns? or how it needs to be done since this is not commercial transaction?
