One of my clients is a manufacturers of PVC Profiles used for the fabrication of Window and Door Frames. The manufacturing is located at Hyderabad in AP. The Company is now venturing in to taking contracts for the designing, fabricating and instaling the Window and Door Frames for the builders. The query is :
1 If the Company delivers the profiles as returnable material to various small fabricators for making Door Windows and Frames on job-work basis, does this activity tentamount to manufacturing ?
2 After the fabrication of Window and door frames, the Company would be using them in execution of works contracts.
3 What is liability under CE Rules on both the fabricators as well as company.

Sir,
I am a LIC agent and i am selling LIC policy
but i am not getting commission on the same from last one year when i asked to manager he told me that we have wrongly issued cheque in favour of you but i have not received any commission yet. Now manager aske me to pay the amount which was wrongly paid in favour of me to some one else. Then only he will release the cheque of commission. Please advice me on the above matter. Waiting for your earlist advice.

Hi,
We are running minority education society, this is another society, in which goverment appointed administrator which was quashed by high court but secretary again enforced his order to continiue administrator and the case pending in High Court, after the expiration of four years education secretary appointed special officer which is stayed and the case is in pending. But now recent days Registrar cancelled the our minority education society without our knowledge and information and the still above cases are pending in high court.
Can any one help me in this matter, any court orders or act in favour of minority education society.

It is possible to convert green zone into non agriculture[NA]zone
Can we get permission to construct gr+1 or grd +4 from muncipal corporation.
If the green zone plot is of any anadivasi and one person purchase and he want to sold it.then it is advisable to purchase the said plot from the said person.adivasi can sold their plot and adivasi plot is transferrable.the person who purchased the said plot and now want to sold told me that adivasi can get sale permission from mantralaya.and then they can sold the plot and it is transferrable also.please guide me

If the word is used in such a way by a non-indian,that it affects any self respecting indian,can the action be stopped from?
To be clear,the word " Injun" in Mark twain's classics is being replaced by the word "Indian" by an American author.He means Native Americans.My question is can the word be used in general(as my understanding is the word indian means person of indian origin only).Is this legal? Can any action be taken agst the proposed change?
