1)Difference between vindictive damages & exemplary damages? with the examples. & case laws this will get me useful for my project & CPT exams pls. as per contract act.
2)As per civil procedure code, 1908 what do u mean by chartered high court.

the assessee collects the sales tax (now vat)from its dealers in the ordinary course of business but retains the same as per the scheme of the government of gujarat.the said amount of vat collected is restricted to the amount of investmet made by the assessee in the fixed assets.after the amount of exemption limit the assessee shall be liable to pay the vat collected to the govt .the assessee also carries an obligation to invest the said exempted amount in the state within the next 10 years

Hello eveyone,
I wanted to know if a foreign company has a wholly owned subsidiary in india and it wants to take a loan overseas from a foreign bank, can in such a situation in lieu of the loan there be a charge created on assets of wholly owned subsidiary in india. Is such an arrangement possible and under what provisions? IF yes, whether FEMA Regulations would be attracted in such a situation? Can a Esoppel Letter be issued by the WOS in India to the Foreign Bank??

iam a staff nurse in jipmer, a central government institution,puducherry. there is call for for staff nurse post in state government,puducherry. if i apply through proper channel and join in state government, whether they will give pay protection and my service will be counted? my next question is for higher studies a per law goverment servants are allowed for higher studies without pay in 3 years, in that case my service from date of joining the central government will be considered or date of joining the state government will be considered? thanks in advance .

Lease or Leave and Licence agreement, which one is better option to give a residential property to a tenant. Can licence agreement be made in respect of a residential property or it applies on commercial property only. Is regn. of licence agreement compulsory.
