1. What are the requirements / compliances under Apprentices Act for an IT company?
2. Are there any returns to be filed? Which department takes care of this internally usually? Human resources?
3. Is there a list of companies to whom the provisions of this act apply to? Does it apply to IT company?
4. Would it apply if there are only employees and subcontract personnel, which are of course given training as is a standard practice in all IT companies?
5. What compliance is to be followed in case there are no apprentices and no such agreements signed?
Kindly clarify the above, would be grateful.

Sir I nedd clarification...
I was having a plywood factory at place A,I sold my Factory land And apply for shifting my unit to some other place.I immidiately bought aland at new place.I apply for shifting.The concerned CCF says that my licence will be cancelled since I had sold the land.
Tha factory was situated in the state of Assam.
My queries is whether it is mandotry that I cant sale the land before it is shifted to new place.

My uncle purchased a property with house 10 years back and he was cheated in the purchase where the sale deed did not mention about any way/path to the purchased land. Now the seller who is living in the next land is not allowing us to use the way and we are going through the neighbors way and the neighbors wants to contruct a house now and our temperory way will also be closed. The seller is always scolding us and when we do something like bringing the elders in the village, he threatens them also. Thanks for your help in advance.Please suggest us what to do?

Dear Learned friends,
An ITO had lodged complaints with PSI u/s.109,177,192,196,417,420,463,464,465 &468 for filing two returns of income and twice obtaining refunds after the said refunds were repaid in the month of March 2010 and no charge sheet has been filed so far as most of the allegations are false. Now on the same grounds the ITO has filed another prosecution case to the court u/s.277 and 278 of the IT Act. Kindly advise on what should be our next step.Does it hold good in law?Should we approach the Hon'ble High court for quashing of the same? This clearly shows the high handedness of the IT Dept and Police Dept to cause intentional harassment. How to overcome this complication

Title Search Report
Hi,
Is any one can tell me in which offices one should go for the title search for property situated in Thane/Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
As for example for the old property situated in Borivali previously it was in Bandra and for the newer one search done in Borivali
As the credibility of Tital search report depends on the search made in different sub reg. offices
Or where I can get the complete list for this.
If some of the offices not covered than search report will not give correct details
