I am an employee to where we two months notice period but now the situation is i have an better opportunity but need to join there within 15 days.
I have spoken my current RM & HR spoke they don't accept with short notice period.
I have put resignation in system aswell via mail.
Also tried my best with RM & HR but they refuse & say they don't give relieving.
Our HR policy say as give below.
In the event an employee chooses to terminate employment with the Company, the Company shall have the right to refuse acceptance of basic salary deduction in lieu of notice period and require an employee to continue to serve the Company during the notice period or any part thereof. The Company may, for the duration of the notice period or any part thereof, require the employee to not take up employment or any other engagement (including as a consultant or advisor), whether full time or part time, with any person or entity which is in business, or plans to commence business competing with the business of the Company.
In case of any exceptional circumstances if notice period waiver is required to be given, post logging the exit online by the employee, reporting manager should contact unit HR with the Functional Head’s recommendation. Based on the request, Unit HR Head can take a decision on the waiver of notice period. All such waivers approved by the Unit HR Head should reach the processing team at HR Activ by e-mail along with the online F&F inputs / checklists.
Please tell me how i manage.
I don't want to loose this opportunity.

Hi wrt to.following fact I want to put before family court for RCR defense
1) my wife left our home along with her father saying she will return in 15 days and that time she was working as clerk in SBI branch near my home just 3 km in city.
2) from her parental place she applied for transfer at her request to.parental.place without taking permission of husband.
3) she informed only when we asked her why you are not.coming.
4) SBI has transfer policy ie married women should be transferred near to husband place as possible or vice versa and unmarried girl near to her parental.place.
5) she had joined SBI branch at my place on spouse policy just 6 month back.
6)even branch manger is transferred after 3 yr on routine category or in case of emergency while sub juniors like assistant clerk can apply for.transfer after 5 yr of service in particular branch
7) my wife gave DV by inlaws as a reason for transfer which is wrong as she left with her father.
So can these point be useful to fight RCR case as my wife clearly saying she cant live with husband and MIL at our permanemt residance and forcing me to leave my place and mother

Dear Sir,
I need to understand your views for a co-operative society based in Mumbai, India. Under the Maharashtra co-op society laws under by laws no 72 its states that society is required to charge simple interest on the payments. However it is not clear when such payments are made in partial amounts how to split the payment towards principle and interest component. I have asked some CA's and Lawyers and have got mixed response.
so my query is as below, In an event of partial payments towards society dues comprising of principle and interest. will the partial payment be adjusted towards interest firs and then balance left any from the payment is adjusted towards the principle or the reverse i.e. partial payment made are first adjusted against interest and balance left if any are adjusted towards interest.
so for example if the combined dues payable is 1 lakh and member pays 40 thousand one shot payment , how to adjust against the dues of 1 lakh between principle and interest, in the next cycle member continues to make small payments like 1000, 2000 sporadically.
Thanks

i would like to buy 8 cents of land from buyer(Mr.C). he has documents.
i have verified encumberence certificate and adangal.
adangal is not in the name of buyer, it is in the name of old owner(lady) of that land.
old owner(lady) got land as gift from her husband in 1998.
then she sold (sale cum GPA) it to Mrs.A in 1999.
then mrs.A and old owner (lady) sold to Mr.B in 2003.
then Mr.B sold it to Mr.C in 2005.
but problem is
old owner (lady) executed gift settlement in family to 4 members in 2005.
can i purchase this land?
if i buy, is there any problem from settlement members mentioned above?
please advise me.

Only child (daughter's) share in property_muslim law
I am Muslim married women. An only child of my parents. My both parents were earning but all the properties are in the name of my father only. My mother died and my father got re-married but with no children further. He has already transferred all the monetary values (money) from my mother's account into his account. Now that, the property is also in his name and he has got re-married. What shall be my share in his property? and How the same can be divided?
Thanking in anticipation
