I approached an advocate in a civil matter and explained my issue which i have been facing. Thereafter i paid 20000 to file civil case. But it has been one year, no case was filed and he says he need some more time to pursue with that matter. I want to complaint against him but dont know how and where. Guide m pls

i want to know how ill challenge the impugned order passed by Hon'able High Court DIVISION BENCH. Whether i ll file revision application / review application / Appeal before High court OR file appeal / SLP at Supreme Court .
And what is time limit to challenge the order passed by Division bench in criminal writ petition in which i was respondent party in person.

I have enhancement petitions for my baby going in court of CJM through mother who her self is a gazetted officer drawing more salary then me ..I requested to court for increase from 2000 to 4000 but the lady is demanding 10000 to 15000 and didn't agreed on my submission . They are now producing witness in court, one of witness has mentioned exorbitant school fee & bus fee for his baby (witness baby)... For which my counsel protested by saying witness is lying b4 court & has asked for production of school fee & bus fee documents, on which the lawyer from opposite party raised hue & cry & said the witness is not required to submit the documents of fee of his child .Judge has kept it for argument on next date.Is there any Judgement/ citation /law which makes it mandatory for the witness to produce the documents of fee of child...Need an advise plz.

Respected Sir,
As the village talati has issued forged house tax receipt and sarpanch has issued gram panchayat dakhla (showing four side location in dakhla) to land grabbers and now they want to grab our plot on the basis of forged documents.
We have done RTI application for getting true copy of house tax, true copy of gram panchayat dakhla, and on what basis the house tax receipt issued (proof of land purchase deed, land map etc.) against talati but talati did not gave the details after 45 days. We done first appeal to Taluka Vikas Adhikari (DDO) and the DDO has order talati to provide the details in 10 days. After 6 days the talati provided us the true copy of house tax receipt and tax collected register but he didnt gave us the on which basis (proof) for issuing house tax receipt. The talati is now declaring that all details are given to you and no details are pending from me to provide further.
The talati has closed relations with taluka panchayat employees and they are supporting talati. The police is also supporting land grabbers and talati. The talati has created information after our RTI application which the details were not available at the time of RTI. Now, I want to know where to file complaint against talati and taluka vikas adhikari in this matter ?? If Police not registering our FIR then can we register FIR direct in the court ??
Now, regarding RTI If we file second appeal will GIC (Gujarat Information Commission) force to talati to provide details or will the GIC take action against talati and DDO ? What information should I ask in second appeal of RTI ? How to proove that the given information is created ??
Where to complain higher authority against talati, ddo and land grabbers ?

My property was constructed by Cidco in 1987, after which it was purchased Buyer 1 and now I have purchased it from Buyer1. But I found that there is no occupancy certificate in the documents provided to me. How do I get this?

Dear Sirs,
My husband was falsely implicated in a criminal case under section 354 (c) & 354 (d) by our neighbor since my husband filed a civil suit and won the case. He further incited the other neighbor who was also affected by the removal of illegal constructions to give a written statement to the police making some allegations (not corroborating the charges mentioned in the FIR) under Section 161 of CPC. Misguided, the statement was made. The statement is part of the charge sheet. Now, he realizes his mistake and wants to withdraw his statement given under Section 161 CPC.
Kindly advise: :
1. Can anyone withdraw the statement given under Section 161 after the filing of the Charge sheet?
2. If so, what is the procedure?
3. My neighbor says that he can write a letter to the local police station about the withdrawal of his statement with copy to me sent by Speed Post. If we show the speed post letter to the court, will that be accepted?

Hai sir, am durgalakshmi from tamilnadu. I born on 1990. My mother name meenakshi. All other certificate and ration card name also durgalakshmi.. but i brought my birth certificate in 2004. In that certificate my name is durga devi and my mother name is meena. How can i change these names sir .. plz tell me...

Interest on e.d.c.
I purchased residential plot at Panipat from Ansal. Before get the plot retested in my name about 5 years back ansal demand E.D.C. interest on that plot. I deposit the E.D.C. interest under protest to Ansal. About one month back I come to know that Ansal defeat the cases at local consumer court and state tribunal where ansal file a appeal.
Both the courts order to refund the E.D.C. interest illegally charged by ansal with interest.
I met my advocate at Panipat but he told me that your case for claim refund of illegally interest on E.D.C. barred by limitations. You can only file criminal complaint against Ansal. He also said that I only claim my refund within 2 years from consumer court and within 3 years from civil court.
Kindly suggest the better way way so that I am able to take refund of illegally charged refund.
