Sir, I was working in one Department of Central Government of India. After one and half year of service I on technical resignation joined another Department of the Central government. However, I was not given pay protection and my basic pay was restarted from the initial level. There are other colleagues who have been given the pay protection. Is there any way out.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I am the conducting lawyer of the Insurance company in a Motor Accident Claim Case. After the evidence of the petitioner , I was not able to attend the case as I fell ill due to a tumor in my brain. The petitioner lawyer taking advantage of this cunningly manage to fix the case on 4 different dates with in a month and judgment was pronounced. I have not adduced evidence and have not argued in this case. 5 months after I suddenly came to know about the judgment. Can I be allowed by the High Court of Orissa , if a case is filed before the High Court to allow rehear the matter and permit me to adduce evidence.
Please comment.
Thanks and Regards

Hello Sir
I bought a 1000 sqft house yesterday which is build on a land which is under 143. A 3000 sqft piece of land was bought by a XYZ housing society Ltd and converted to 143 by them, then another lady bought this plot and she sold it to Mr Arif who constructed 3 houses on it (1000 sqft each), Mr. Rahul bought 1 house in it and had a registry in his name, then i bought the same house from Mr Rahul and got the registry in my name. When i asked about Dakhil Kharij i was told that Dakhil Kharij is not required for 143 converted lands even though this land is not under Municipal Corporation. When i check upbhulekh.gov.in it shows the name of XYZ society. Please suggest if anything needs to be done here.
Thanks

One morning on red light my car got collided with car in front of me. The owner of the car was Police Sub Inspector, he started taking pictures of my car and then went off without discussing the matter and his car got very small dent at the rear (picture as proof, taken by complinant).
Later he filed an FIR with IPC 279/427 and charged me with rash driving which is criminal offence in nature. I am getting advised that plead guilty pay fine of 1,000 and close this case.
My issues:
1) I was not driving rashly, then why to plead guilty
2) He wrote that I ran from the scene, but picture taken by him prove opposite. As he has taken my pictures with my car behind his car leaving no place to run
3) I am employee of private company and in middle of applying for visa, How it will impact me. (As they don't ask for reason of criminal proceeding just assume it to be of big reason)
4) But I also want solution earliest as can't take leaves on frequent basis
Please help
