In a chain of documents of a flat, there is four sale deed.
1. Builder to first owner which was registered, but the same is missing, however, it can be seen in the Maharashtra Govt portal. Xerox copy available
2. First owner to the second owner, the agreement is not available (missing)
3. Second owner to third owner agreement is available but it is not registered
4. Third owner to the fourth owner agreement is available and is registered
The Share certificate issued by the society is available with the endorsement of the present owner (fourth) in it.
It has become difficult to sell the property in the absence of the missing documents. What is the remedy for the above issues?
I have purchased a flat in 2017 in a society which is basically a Ltd.Co. (Seawoods Estates Ltd in Nerul, Navi Mumbai). The previous owner is settled in UK. Now the society is insisting to get the shares transferred into the Demat account, first in the name of the previous owner and then into my name and only then they will issue me a NOC for selling this property as the shares are still in the name of the previous owner. In the absence of the previous owner, how can I get the shares transferred into my account in Demat form. Do I have to furnish an affidavit from the previous owner for the same

I was terminated by my Deptt. during probation without conducting any enquiry. I challenged the matter bin CAT & CAT Awarded the case in my favour with Reinstatement & all consequential benefits but without pay on NO WORK NO PAY basis. The Deptt. Challenged the case in High court against CAT decision. I also filed a cross writ for payment during the pendency of case in CAT. After 7 long years High court dismissed Department petition as well as my petition for back wages of payment during the pendency of case in CAT. Now I have been reinstated & my pay & seniority has been fixed notionally. I have granted my next promotion also. Now my query is that can I get my backwages from the date of CAT Decision till my reinstatement (as I challenged back wages
in High court denied by CAT during pendency in CAT ) Also clarify am I entitled to leave encashment during the pendency of case .l have also not been Granted MACP since I have completed 11 Years in my present Rank itself.

One of my friend is having bal vivah and through that he is having two child’s but he don’t want to stay with her wife and he did another marriage.,so for first marriage what he have to do because through that first marriage he is having two child’s also.,how can he would be able to file a divorce from the first wife?and in that case does his second court marriage is valied as first marriage was bal vivah?

Hello, I am Dr Vivek from goa. I wished to start my dental clinic in a portion of my flat situated in a housing society. I applied for a trade license and municipality asked me to get an approval from planning and development authority which in turn asked for an NOC from housing society. Housing society have denied to give me a NOC for same. Is there any other legal alternative to obtain trade license or can I start clinic without getting trade license as of now.

Employer is requesting to deduct the salary due to lockdown
I'm working with a publishing house. The company has not paid me the salary from January and now they have requested the employees to tell the amount of deduction the employees can give due to the lockdown. Also the company has said that they are not sure about April's salary as well.
They have even not deposited our PF amount since October.
What should I do
