The chargesheet in my 498A case was submitted in court by the police two months ago. Whenever I inquire, some advocates say that cognizance has not been taken yet, while others say it has already been taken. I want to proceed with quashing the case, but Whenever I ask the advocates to get certified copies, they tell me to wait because the court is on leave and the magistrate is on leave. since the FIR was filed in Uttar Pradesh, which is 600 km away from my location, can I obtain certified copies online? What should I do now?

My wife took my jewelry and belongings by threatening me with the police when I called them during a violent confrontation at my home. The incident is now well known in the society where we lived, forcing my family to sell house. I left my hometown business for marriage but wasn’t allowed to return and haven’t earned since.
I have video evidence of the events. The 498A chargesheet was submitted two months ago, but I haven’t received summons. Local advocates are delaying to provide certified copies for quashing, and the court is 600 km away from my home.
Can I file for contested divorce on the basis of cruelty as she wrote in police statement that she does not want to live with me now? Can I also file an FIR or case for defamation and recovery of my jewelry? What about 498a quashing?

Sir,
I have registered a FIR against my neighbour last week for house trespassing, criminal intimidation, insult, hurt etc of bnss.
Still he is committing such offences.
They are recorded as CCTV is there.
What can be best done under such situation?
Dear learned Experts,
A distant relative of my spouse who has also had a mental illness (since childhood) lost her parents 20 years ago and she is staying alone. However, we have been taking care of her and due to her health issues and constantly going out here and there and not staying at home we felt to place her in elderly care and the elderly care institution too agreed to admit her subject to providing them her aadhaar card.
We got to know that she did not have an Aadhaar card, however, she had a voter's ID that was made in the year 1995, when we approached the Voter's ID office, it was informed that the voter ID was outdated and there are no records in the current voter's list as she has not voted in the last two decades causing deletion from the list. The office suggested producing any government documents or bank passbooks, birth certificate, etc to make changes to the voter ID.
To our knowledge, she has no documents except the older version voter ID which is not valid.
Also approached the Aadhaar office, and they also suggested that an updated voter ID is mandatory.
I look forward to seeking your guidance in this matter, please.

Quotation invited and many agencies reciprocated with their best offers; thereafter the authority invited quote has not responded to the vendors. Can the vendor (service provider) seek legal remedies through court of law for denial of chance to service ?

Hello sir I have a query. we have a joint property in Delhi. Three floors villa distributed to three sons one floor to each son, (BY WAY OF PARTITION) who have been living here since construction by our father(SELF ACQUIRED) 40 years back. We also have one sister who is living in Himachal after her marriage. As per REGD.WILL of our father+mother(both expired) QUOTE" we exclude our daughter from getting any share in this property under this will. In case three sons want to construct further floors as permissible under law, three sons are entitled to the same in equal shares".UNQUOTE. However in the last para of REGD WILL it is written QUOTE" In case my three sons decide to sell or transfer or in any way alienate the said property then in that case the 10% of sale consideration shall be given to the sister or her legal rep.UNQUOTE.
(1) How to legally enforce the will in case sister refuses to sign NOC/REL. DEED and what will be court fee in that case.
(2) Does sister have any share in this property as per interpretation of WILL....... if we demolish and make new 4 floors thru a builder (one floor given to builder)
Dear eminent experts,
