Dear Respected All,
Plaintiff had filed a case in the year 2009 in the District Court against few built up properties which were transferred by the Defendants from the Plaintiff’s name to a third party who is a very close blood relation Family member, vide a registered Power of Attorney. In the suit filed the Plaintiff had asked for an interim injunction which was denied by the Hon’ble Judge at the end of 2009. The case is still pending at the mid way of the cross stage of the Plaintiff.
“The order on the interim injunction application states that before granting any injunction, it is necessary to hear the Defendants. Hence issue show cause notice to Defendants should not be granted.”
The case may take quite some time. So is it a possibility that the Defendants could legally in the mean while be able to dispose off any one or all the properties for necessary genuine reasons or want of funds as they are all registered transfers and are also transferred in the past vide a registered Power of Attorney and that too without the knowledge of the Hon’ble Court.
Also that more than 3 years have passed since the order, is it still applicable as per time limit to reapply for interim injunction. What are the possibilities of the Defendants disposing off the property and would that stand legal as there is no interim injunction order since end of 2009 and no fresh application has been made. Plaintiff’s cross stage is still on and it may take a couple of months.
Will be obliged. Thanks.
Regards

Sir,
There was a dispute on drain between me & my neighbour which they wanted to encroach.
We filed a case against them on june -2013.
Our lawyer told that the case will be cleared within a few months.
Now its almost one year & still the case is going on.
On our lawyers advice, we submitted all original documents of our house to the court.
But we did not get any receipt of the submitted docs.
Can I get the receipt.
Sir, If i want to get back my original docs now, what is the procedure.

I am married in the year 2008 at Imphal. In the year 2010, my family move to Pune due to some financial problems. I have got two daughter.
Since Nov 2011, I have been staying alone as understanding was not there and in 2012 she went to her house in Imphal along with my daughters.
We have not communicated for arond a year but in 2013 I call her up and ask what she wants.. She reply that she is not interfering in my personal affairs and can do whatever I like but when i ask for mutual divorce she says that she won't give divorce. Then I ask to come and stay with me but she denies that too. What should I do?

Can i plea without lawyer in court room?
Law graduation at the age of 40, is it possible?
Dear All,
I wish to study B.L or LLB at my age 40. As i understood that there is an age limit of 30 for a 3yrs course.
Is there any university/college that offers degree with no age limit?
Would it be advisable to choose distance learning?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Satish
