Mr A is land lord,appoint Mr B to develop his vacant land and build a multistory building, Mr A execute power of attorney in the name of B to negotiate with intending purchaser, enter into agreement with purchaser, sign & collect the amount on behalf of Mr A and deposit the same amount in the account of A.
By an agreement of Mr A & B have ratio of share to sell the flat.as per agreement Mr A got share in 4th floor but as per POA Mr B enter into agreement of all flat of said building, collect the amount and deposit the same in account of Mr A.
My question is :
Mr B presentation as a developer or confirming party is necessary or law requirement at the time of execution of sale deed?
if Mr B is absent at the time of execution and Mr A execute sale deed infavour of purchaser, can any legal intricate be arise?

one house of 50sq yrds with two owner A(father) and B (his son).
A(father) has 2 daughters & 3 sons.
father died without writing any will. Now his second son "C" wants to get that house. What is the legal procedure to purchase this house.
According to me it is undivided property.It is possible to get half of property by relinquished deed and half through gift deed.

One of our client wants to start a security agency and I have read the private security agency regulations and rules, in these there is a requirement for verification of antecedent in FORM-I.
Now I have a query that
1. How much fees will be charged for the verification of antecedent of applicant ?
2. Whether this application for verification wiil be given to SSP of district in which firm is going to have its place of business or to some other authority ?
And plz guide me that what are the important things that we should keep in mind while applying for license to start this security agency.

DEAR SIR,
I had collected payment from a client and could not provide service. I gave a pdc and could not honour the same.
They have bounced the cheque twice and are threatening FIR AND COURT ACTION.
Please advise what should I do ?
I have requested time of repayment for 3months on email but they have not replied.
Can police arrest in this matter?
can I take anticipatory bail?

Hello,
I have an some question and want clarification on this issue..
1. How to calculate salary for the month of February.
I am working in Hospitality Organization as HR. But i did not understand how to calculate salary for the month of February.
Our company is follow the step as per. If the 31 days in a month we have calculate salary on 31. for example..
Salary =X
Working Days = Y
Month Days = 31 or 30
we follow the step : X/31*Y = Employee Monthly salary.
So please let me how to calculate salary for the month of February.
Note :-1. We are provide 1 paid leave to each employee in each month.
2. Also marked half day, if the employee are coming late.
3. If the Employee have working in February month and They have come late so we mark half day and one leave is adjusted. So how to calculate salary for this employee.
4. What is the procedure as per labour law and HR System.

MY IN-LAWS HAS LODGED THREE FALSE COMPLAINTS AGAINST ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY JUST ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND JUST AFTER TWO OR THREE DAYS OF GETTING BAIL IN EACH CASE.
SINCE MY FATHER IN LAW IS A TAUT OF POLICE AND STRUCK THE DEALS BETWEEN S.P RANK POLICE OFFICERS AND CRIMINALS, HE HAS A GREAT SAY WITH POLICE. HIS HOLD CAN BE MEASURED FROM THE FACT THAT HE HAS LODGED FIVE FALSE COMPLAINTS IN 2012 -13 OF "EXTORTION" CALLS RECEIVED BY HIM FROM DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBERS EACH TIME AND POLICE HAS GIVEN HIM THE BODY GUARD AND LATER ON MADE ALL ABOVE SAID FIRs "UNTRACED". HE STILL ENJOYS SECURITY COVER.
NOW, MY BROTHER IN LAW ON THE INSTANCE OF MY FATHER IN LAW GAVE A FALSE COMPLAINT TO POLICE THAT MY BROTHER TRIED TO BEAT HIM AND TRIED TO KIDNAP MY SIX YEAR DAUGHTER (WHO IS WITH MY IN LAWS ONLY).POLICE GOT TO CANCEL THE SAID DDR AS FORTUNATELY AT THE TIME GIVEN IN COMPLAINT MY BROTHER WAS 200 KMS AWAY IN AN ATM AND THE CCTV FOOTAGE HAS BEEN RECOVERED BY POLICE. NOW THE POLICE IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST MY BROTHER IN LAW.
FURTHER MY BROTHER IN LAW HAS GIVEN A COMPLAINT AGAINST ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND SHO IN COURT THAT POLICE TOOK BRIBE FROM US AND CANCELLED THE SAID DDR.
SIR MY REQUEST TO ALL LEARNED ADVOCATES OF THIS FORUM IS THAT PLEASE CLARIFY
WHAT ACTION WE CAN TAKE AGAINST THE ABOVE SAID FALSE COMPLAINT.
HOW CAN I SAVE MY FAMILY MEMBERS FROM SUCH FALSE COMPLAINTS AND UNLAWFUL ACTIONS OF POLICE WHICH IS WORKING ON THE INSTRUCTION OF MY IN LAWS. I TRIED EVERYTHING AND LOST ALL MY CONFIDENCE IN COURTS AND JUSTIC. I MADE A WRIT UNDER SECTION 226 OF CONSTITUTION IN PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT BUT LADY JUDGE DIDNT LISTEN TO ME AND SAID "NO WAY. IN 498 AND OTHER FAMILY DISPUTES OF YOURS WHY YOU ARE INVOLVING POLICE OFFICIALS" AND REFFERED THE MATTER TO MEDIATION CENTRE.
PLEASE TELL ME WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR THE HIGH LEVEL OF POLICE ATTROCITIES. I WAS HANDCUFFED IN POLICE CUSTODY, I WAS PRESURISED TO SIGN FALSE STATEMENTS, I WAS KEPT IN ILLIGAL DETENTION, CHALLANED WAS PRESENTED FOR ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS, MY HOUSE WAS RAIDED BY THREE POLICE GYPSIS WITH 15 TO 20 PEOPLE EACH TIME JUST TO DEFAME ME JUST UNDER PRESSURE OF MY FATHER IN LAW. PLEASE GUIDE TO WHOM I SHOULD TELL THAT WE ARE NOT DACOITS AND NOT MURDERER, MY PARENTS ONLY FAULT IS THAT THEY GOT A SON AND MY FAULT IS THAT I GOT MARRIED AND DIDNT ACCEDED TO UNLAWFULL DEMAND OF MY IN LAWS. NOW LET ME TELL YOU THE EXTREME LEVEL OF POLICE KAMINAPAN, CHARGE SHEET SAYS THAT I CONFESSED MY CRIME DURING INVESTIGATION AT MY HOME AND THATS WHY POLICE HAS ARRESTED ME AND KEPT ME FOR ONE MONTH IN JAIL.THEY ATTACHED THE STATEMENT WITH MY SIGN ON IT, RUBBISH.
PLEASE HELP, OH GOD TRULY WE DIDNT GET INDEPENDENCE,JUST A TRANSFER OF POWER FROM WHITE SKIN PEOPLE TO BLACK SKIN AND THAT TOO FOR A WORSE....

Hello Sirs/Madam,
I need you your opinion about the recent events happened to me.
2 weeks ago, Me and my father were going to a shopping mall in my car.
The Car is registered under my name only. I have a valid insurance and license.
The Road was a service road (2 ways) with a maximum capacity of 2 cars side by side.
The Mall's entrance was on left side. Upon reaching the gate, I turned on my left indicator and tried turning left.
Within that time a bike with 2 people riding overtook from left side (wrong side) and hit my car side panels.
As a result they fell and dragged. The driver of bike had only cut and little bruise.
The pillion rider however was little serious as bike fell on him.
I did not wanted them to leave them suffering even though they came from incorrect side.
I took them from hospital, had them scanned. Doctor confirmed no fracture, however advised for full bed rest and one day observation for the pillion rider, for which the they have to keep him admitted.
However their family decided not to keep him in hospital.
They signed a NOC in Hospital that they would take care of the person.
As they were not from high spending family, I still gave them 2500 for Bike repair.
I also paid the scanning and initial medicines.
No police complaint was logged.
Now after 2 weeks, the victims brother is calling and demanding 15000 as Bike repair cost more.
I told him that it was his relative mistake for overtaking from wrong side, however he is demanding money or he will log police complaint.
I asked to get the bike money recovered from insurance, however he do not agree for that.
I need your expert advice on how to proceed further on this.
I am hundred percent sure, that I have not done anything illegal and the bike hit me while he overtook from left side..

Dear experts ,
Kindly guide me thrgh this ..
One of my friend had taken personal loan frm Kotak Mahindra Bank last year .The condition of the repayment of loan was that he would serve the bank by being employed with it and repay emi amount by part of deduction in his salary amount being credited each month.
But due to too much work pressure mental harassment he wsnt able to continue with them and in the middle of the tenure he left the job in nov 2013.But as per the agreement he is bound to pay the loan amount.
At present his financial condition isnt much stable & secondly he isnt havng job in hand...bt still he is paying the EMI amount (though not able to pay on the due date but he is making sure to pay within the month ) .
Inspite of this the bankers are sending notices , letters which is causing mental disturbance to him and affecting him.
So dear experts can u guide is there any way or solution or any kind of right exist under law through which atleast he can ask the bank to stop sending letters / notices & give him sufficient time period to repay the loan amount since he isnt hvng any job right now & have good intention too to pay the loan amount , but needs some amount of time .
Would be of great help if any one could guide & give proper advice on this matter.

hi,we have a property/land located on mumbai -goa road in indapur-taluka mangaon,district raigad & the property is undr my fathers and his sisters name and now we are going to make relinquish deed/gift deed. my fathers sister is overaged at 80 so she wont be able to make to the registerer office at mangaon so can we make a will document ? can will document gets registered here in mumbai?
