My birthplace is haryana. I have got an OBC certificate with non-creamy layer year 2008 from haryana. Now, i got married recently in delhi. now, i need fresh non-creamy layer certificate. therefore, i approached authorities in haryana for that. but they have refused saying that get it from delhi since u are married. and autjoritites in delhi are saying that since u already have an OBC certificate issued. we cannot issue another one. therefore, i should get ncl certificate from haryana, my place of origin. i am really frustrated. Experts, please gude me what should i do? i have found a few high court judgements that which have ordered the authorities of the state of origin to issue OBC certificate.

I am a 32 year old Hindu man, married for 8 years. I have a 7 year old daughter whom I love the most. I am not having any physical relation with my wife for past 5 years, though we stay in same house but sleep in separate rooms. Whenever I bring the topic of divorce, everyone is against me, especially my old ailing father whose sole responsibility is on me. Now I got to know from my relatives that my wife is pregnant. I am sure that this child is not mine. Please advice what I am suppose to do now.

D/Law Experts,
If the employer removes a employee from service against his one year conviction in 498A and after removal from service if the employee gets his conviction suspended from the court of law , will the employer reinstate him?

My family and I are going to buy a resale flat in Undri Pune. I will be also taking a home loan for the same. For applying for the loan the Bank has asked for an Agreement to Sell. I have the following queries
.Since I will be paying the seller a down payment of X amt and funding the rest from the Bank loan the Banks advocate has agreed to draw up the Agreement to sell. She says this agreement needs to be registered and stamp duty needs to be paid is it necessary to pay stamp duty at this stage or when executing the Sales Deed?
.If the bank were to reject my Home Loan for any reason and I have already paid this stamp duty how do i recover it?
.What is the difference between an Agreement to Sell and Agreement to Sale
and finally
.The seller was allotted an additional parking spot (stilt level) He has an allotment letter from the builder. Do I need to register this parking spot separately? I want to sell it off at a later stage.
I would appreciate any help in clearing the above doubts
Best Regards,
Neil

Hi,
I booked one flat in Bangalore during prelaunch phase giving 1 Lakh booking amount and it was told that I have pay 20% of the amount and go for agreement during actual launch of the project once all approvals are in place .During booking they told that the project will commence in the coming month. But after waiting for 3 months ,I received a mail from their sales exective asking for agreement amount in advance without having complete approvals in place which i didnt not pay. After another 3 months i received another mail stating that now all approvals are ready and whoever not paid agreement amount has to pay Rs175 additional per square feet charges.I tried to negotiate with buidler but they are not agreeed and they cancelled booking.
Now I would like to know if I have a reason to file a consumer complaint against the builder and what are my chances to win if I do so.Appreciate your suggestion

respected sirs,
how is the monetary value of tenancy rights evaluated? what is the role of landlord in it? does he also receive some share of the transaction? the tenancy of the property in question is in the name of a partnership firm and the tenancy dates back to 1960s. it is under the Delhi rent control act(rent is 330 rs. per month). it was rented out by paying pagdi. now the other partners of the firm want to surrender it in the name of a single outgoing partner. how should we go about it? what are the things we should watch out for(my husband is the outgoing partner). th eproperty is in delhi
