Premises number of the suite premises mismatch

I had filed an ejectment suite against my tenant on defaulter and reasonable requirement ground. The lawyer notice and court notice (summon) has been sent and it was refused by the tenant of the suite premises where he lives. Unfortunately, the premises number and the street name have been changed by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. My last rent receipt is seven years old and the old premises number and street name is not matching with the current tax bill. How should I prove it that the two addresses is same? If I make an affidavit that the two address is same, will it work? What will be the consequences if the court doesn’t accept the affidavit?
Thanks.

Costs: section 35a (b):

Section 35A (b) provides for a limit of Rs.3,000 that can be imposed or less than Rs.3,000.

In view of the above in routine court proceedings while dismissing an application under section 151 Cpc, can the Courts impoe a costs of Rs.5,000 payable to Legal Aid higher than the limited prescribed under Section 35(A)(b) CPC.

Income tax act, 1961 u/s 44ad

Respected Experts,
Kindly give your opinion upon a case below.
If a Assessee, who is engaged in a trading business of Paints and Sanitary goods and he use to purchase goods from outside State as per WEST BENGAL VALUE ADDED TAX & CENTRAL SALES TAX ACT accordingly.
His turnover is below or near about Rs.45 Lakhs during the A.Y.2013-2014 and his net profit is more than 8%, so no question of Tax Audit arises and while filing his Income Tax Return he claim deduction u/s 80c and u/s 24(b), can he file his Income Tax Return u/s 44AD as his nature of business is resaler.
Is it mandatory that he have to maintain regular books of accounts.
(As ones falls in ambit of section 44AD no Books of Accounts is necessary ?)
Kindly tell me that is it mandatory to provide Books of Account before AO during the time of any Proceedings.

Registration of property

Dear Experts,

my query is I have purchased a plot for the first time from builder for rs 7,60,000.i.e.(760rs*1000S.ft.) he is demanding full amt in cash. and after doing inquiry from registrar office the rate of registry according to guidelines is 350 rs/Sq,ft.i.e (350*1000=350000).

now my question is wheather the papers of registry would contain a price of 760000 or 350000.

Electricity metre

Respected sir,
My name is M.N.Raju ,a native of Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. My parents own a land(it’s on My Mother’s Name “Manda Lakshmi” )of 240 Sq. Metres in Gajularega Pannchayat (Plot.No.14, Survey.No.98/2, Near United Church)and given it for development to a Builders couple by Name Rayaprolu Kirit & Rayaprolu Suraj in 2006. They made my mother to register rest of the 5 flats out of 6 flats on other’s name after taking advance amounts from them. They Delayed the construction and in half way they left off the building.finally we could occupy the flat after a long struggle in December’ 2012 but, without electricity meter to our flat. The builder did not register our flat nor given any agreement to my parents saying that it is on the basis of “Undivided and Undisputed property clause” where my mother would have the complete ownership rights on the land and we do have the original land documents with us. When we tried for the fresh meter we were told by the electricity department that ,since it is a group house it would require a min of 40 kv transformer which would cost around 2.5 lakhs for the group house. But ,some(Two) of the other flat owners are not willing to share this amount as one has a court case with the builder and other has lodged a police complaint against the builder and both issues are still unsettled. Further , the construction metre is on on the name of Mrs.Pretha Lakshmi (one of the flat owner) which supposed to be on my mother’s name. Now , my parents are 70 years old and they are severely suffering there without electricity and we are not able to do anything. Kindly help them in getting the electricity or the electricity metre which supposed to be on my mother’s name.

How can I proceed further ??
Please help my parents

Thanks & Regards
