Hi All,
Please let me know what should I do if I receive wrong information under RTI?
I had asked the information to Panchayath Development Officer(PDO) regarding the houses sanctioned for the poor people under that Panchayath under various schemes and the eligibility criteria to allocate such houses for the last 4 yrs (2010-11 to 2013-14) since those houses were not allocated to the intended people rather they were allocated to the rich people. He has replied to that application after 60 days saying that there are no houses granted from the Govt. in these last 4 years period.
However, when I got the same information from the previous PDO uder RTI last year, he had sent me the list of beneficiaries under the various schemes (I have a copy of that).
So, it confirms that the given information is false. Kindly let me know how do I proceed with it.

Dear Respected Experts
As per the RTI act 2(h) given here under
) "public authority" means any authority or body or institution of self-government established or
constituted—
(a) by or under the Constitution;
(b) by any other law made by Parliament;
(c) by any other law made by State Legislature;
(d) by notification issued or order made by the appropriate Government, and includes any—
(i) body owned, controlled or substantially financed;
(ii) non-Government organisation substantially financed, directly or indirectly by funds provided by the
appropriate Government;
for Public Authority the RTI Act Gives this Definition.
According to this Definition whether Lower Court ie Munsiff Court to Apex Court ie Supreme Court comes under the definition of the Public Authority

I was assigned a work order to complete the civil work of bathrooms for indusland bank.The final bill for Indus land Bank Site was submitted on 16/09/2013.I did many things in that given time frame which were not even a part of the provided work order, just because I have always enjoyed good faith in the company.I was assured that my rates will be passed once the work gets competed for the additional work items. When I have submitted the final bill, the company officials are making unjustified cuts on the rates, which were told to them in prior when the work was going on. The rates have been approved in the running bills but in final bills the cuts are made.
Now they are imposing a penalty of 2.5 lacs saying the quality of work is inferior.
They have blocked my payment for almost six months and now they are coming up with lame excuses to deduct my payment. Though no prior notice was given talking about inferiror quality of work in six months after the completion.
My leftover stock is lying unattended in their store which amounts of lacs,I have told them repeatedly to get it opened they threten that they will not let me take my stuff too.
Kindly help.

Hi,
I want to know, there is any legal risk if gets married with a women who is over 25 years of age but she has not divorced from her previous marriage.

One persons doing private temporary job of 200/- per day married with a widow having one son.
She left after two months and filed case u/s 125 and demanding one lac.
Whether the boy can ask for maintenance since he had agreed for the marriage because the father of girl had offered job or small business to settle the couple he marries his daughter.

As per original plan 16 apt. were constructed two belong to the land were and 14 were sold in 1984.
The flats were registered only from 2005 onwards because of various suits that ended in compromise of giving the land owner excess UDS and also a clause not hindering further construction.
The registered undivided share was not proportionate to the constructed area but on the basis of future plan to construct further 8 flats. The excess undivided share was retained by land owner.
On this basis the landowner has retained 3 portions of g/f stilt area. His application for further construction has been rejected as of 2010/11.
Are such registered deeds valid under the TN apartment act?
Can the land owners retain the g/f areas and excess UDS?
What is the remedy for the flat owners

In a suit an third party has filed application under CPC O:21 R:97, now after some years same party want to issue 'not press at this stage' then court has ordered to show the provision to do so, but they failed to do so, then court has order that issue to be redundant. Now
Quest. 1: Is there any provision to 'not press the 21/97 application at this stage' ?
Quest. 2: If the party do so and after a while they want to re open that application (which was considered a suit). Is it possible?
