Dear experts of the Forum,
In my case, State Financial Corporation (SFC)has accepted for One Time Settlement(OTS) and fixed Rs.3.00 lakhs for dues of an sick and closed Industry. As an acceptance of the same i have made a part payment of Rs. 75,ooo.oo . Two days back i have received a letter from from Branch office asking me to appear before them for a discussion for upper revision of OTS amount settled(Earlier).The reason shown is, The committee now wants to revise the same!
I request forum experts to kindly suggest me, the action /options i have to tackle this issue?

Hello sir,
I am filling an attestation form of a govt. organization as I have been selected in it.
I belong to SC community.
1)It asks for Birth Place
2)Place to which I belong
3)Place to which my father basically belongs.
My Queestions:
Q1) Sir,Can Place 2 and Place 3 be different?
Q2)Sir, Is it necessary that place 2 and the place from where my caste certificate has been issued to be identical? or if they are in different districts but in same state than it is ok?
Please clear my doubt

For making a PAN application, there is Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth is acceptable as proof of date of birth.
Kindly clear below :
(1) if this affidavit must be form on a stamp paper ?
(2) is there any format provided by income tax department ?
(3) if this affidavit should be notarized by a notary public ?

Dear Experts
i would like to know the probability / chances of getting arrested if wife files all sort of false cases and husband has already filed rcr petition.
purpose for asking is that my in laws are continuously pressurizing my relatives and parents to make a settlement or else get ready to go behind bars as they are claiming that they have higher connections.
I am confident that nothing will happen but my relatives / parents are losing confidence and requesting me to make an settlement paying alimony which is out my budget as i do not earn that much second thing why should i pay if i am ready to maintain her.
Please advise what would be the best action.

good morning......
1981 according to declarartion rules we have applied for 39 cents land for declarartion in tribunal court. land loard was not attended the event 3 times , so tribnal court given judgment to our favor rtc and form 10 also issued.
again land loard went to high court for the same issue ( issue :the land belongs to me) again we assigned lawyer and petitioner was frusted he was not attended the highcourt repeatedly. again high court quased and send back to tribunal court 1984.
after that no one attended the tribunal court.
how to find out tribunal court judgment after this issue 1984?
if we reopen what will happen ?
please please advice me,

Greeting all,
I am an individual financial adviser from repudiated insurance company, I want to create a website to increase my business but someone told me that I can’t create the website because the financial investment activities are involved in whole procedure and I am not having the any license from IRDA or any other organization and not register for Brokers, web aggregator etc. So please confirm me create the website I am using any log for any company

I have two commercial shops in jagraon, district Ludhiana, Punjab.
My grandfather gave them separately on rent. My grandfather has expired. Now the shops are in my mother and my name. There is no dispute in family.
My mother became a widow last year. She has now shifted from jagraon to Mumbai with me last may 2103 when my father died.
1. For first shop, There is a new "kirayanama" for 6 months entered in 2005, though the tenant has been there for 30 years. It is not registered. Rent is very low with 7% increase in 3 years. Rent comes on time once in in three months.
2. For second shop, there is a "kiranayama" for 6 months entered in 2005. It is not registered. Rent is very low with 7% increase in 3 years. Rent does not come in time. it is always delayed.
Property market value combined is 70 lakhs.
1, Can I get the tenants evicted? Time and money involved?
2. Can I sell it to others on as is where is basis? Is this allowed? Are there buyers who look for such sales? What is the % loss I will generally bear in such sales.
