Dear Sir,
Good Morning
I am A. Hrishi from Maharashtra. I got your reference from Lowers Club.
I request your adivice on following
Situation : I have booked the flat from renowned builder and did registration on 1st Oct`13. Then I applied for loan in State Bank of India. SBI told me that project is not sanction in SBI. Builder told that approval is in process and it has done on 10th Dec`13. Builder has given me supporting documents on 21st Dec`13 based on that I have applied for loan in SBI. SBI raised query list for supporting documents from builder on 18th Jan`14 which was subsequently solved by to and fro documentation between builder and bank and finally file is under approval and will get sanction by 12th Mar`14.
Now, builder is threatening me for Cancellation of Sales Deed because of this delay against it is not because of my fault but processing issues between builder and Bank.
I have paid 20% amount to builder.
My question is Is builder can cancel my agreement without consent of mine and allot the flat to other customer without my agreement of Cancellation Deed?
I request your kind advice on the same.

My Bhabi put 498a and DV case on my brother and parents It has been more than 18 months.
My doubt is:
Can she file sec 406 even after 18 months or is there is any limitation period for filing sec 406.

Hi Team,
I had filed Divorce petition in Mar 2009. After so many effort to push it to final stage now the matter it is kept for final order in next week. Opposite party has nothing to prove but to extend/delay the matter as long as possible and harass me & my family all possible ways. Also in between since Mar 2010 she is not living with me (as she left house after assaulting my mother to bleeding injury where is she is convicted for 1 month SP). I am very much confident about result in my favor. However, to be careful, I request your advise in either case what action I should take once result is announced. I feel even after my divorce petition is allowed other party would challenge it in High Court.
Kindly advise what should I do if result in either in my favor or not.

We are 2 brothers and 1 sister. All three of us are married. We have 2 properties of our father. One home and another factory. Since my father’s death in 1998, my brother has been staying at home along with our mother. We had some money of father left which was put in a fixed deposit. The interest of the money comes to my mother account on a monthly basis. My brother utilizes all the money. He has renovated the house without our constant and now claims that he has spent a lot on the house.
The company is in his name which was previously in my father’s name, this was done due to a problem which arose and at that time I had told him to make it in his name since I would not be able to work there.
For the past 15 years I had not been able to utilize a single penny from my father’s property. I talked to my brother for making mother's will and a deed that will give equal rights to all three of us to father’s property. He has been somehow delaying it for the past 9 years. Mother and sister are both on his side and would only be favoring my brother in all his say.
Can you let me know is there is anything in the law thru which I can utilize to get my father’s share of property.

commercial activity Of iron bars and construction material is going on in residential area.It has created lot of havoc for the people in the society with its day and night activities as well as misbehavior of lower class have disturbed the residential surroundings. They create a lot of nuisance in the society and working on a large scale by which there is so much of rush of trucks and commercial vehicle in the society for the purpose of loading and unloading of iron bars is causing problems and pollution in residential society. This all activities are disturbing the day to day life of us as well as become very unsafe for children.
When we talk to them about their misconduct of doing commercial activity, they used abusive language to us and also replied that they have good connections which will look the matter and will help us in their best possible manner.i have problem of mi-grain.so all the time i have headache due to there activity.
i'm individual common man can u please tell me to whom i will complain so it will be stopped

Dear Experts,
Kindly give your opinion that I have purchased a land in west bengal and the land falls under muncipality area, in the year 2000 but due to some problem the work of mutation was not done from my part.
1) What is the process of land mutation in West Bengal if the Land is situated under Muncipality Area?
2) What is the documents required if the land is purchased with registered sale deed?
3) Can a simple application to BL & LRO for mutation of land is sufficient or some other process have to follow?
4) Can a mutation of Land be made after 14 years or as such any time prescribed in West Bengal Land Reform Act.
5) If BL & LRO refuse to do so, where to ask for mutation of Land?
6) What are the role of BL & LRO when they inquiry upon the land, is the sale deed is sufficient or some other documents also required?

State Information Commission (SIC) has ordered to Government Department to Register F.I.R as documents demanded by me under RTI are missing.
Government department do not Register F.I.R. as documents are deliberately suppressed by them.
on my complaint against non compliance of order , SIC ordered disciplinary action against Information Officer but no action taken.
SIC refused to imposed penalty and taking any action against Govt Department for non taking disciplinary action.
I want to file Writ petition in high Court with Following prayer:
Government Department be Ordered to
1. Register F.I.R.
2. Take disciplinary Action
3. Impose Penalty of 25000 on Information Officer
4. Give compensation to me under RTI Act as per provision.
I want to argue my petition on my own.
As I have Done research , I come to the Conclusion that I have to file Mandamus writ petition ?
1. Am I write to file mandamus writ petition for above prayer ?
2. Is there any prior notice needed to be given to SIC & Government Department ?
Please guide me in this respect in detail ?

Transfer of cases
I am in matrimonial litigation in Tis Hazari from last 4 years but the trial is so slow for the speedy trial of the cases I want to transfer my cases from TIs Hazari to High COurt .
1. Is is possible to transfer the cases from District Court to High Court for speedy trial?
2.What is the procedure for the same.
3Will it be effective?
