Hello Profession.. I'm stuck in property dispute. Please help me with it asap...
An ancestral property belonging to my great grandfather who has three daughters and three sons, one being my grandfathers who is alive and refusing to give my father any share. The share of his other two brother who are no more has been settled amongst their heirs.
Now what my grandfather did is that the share of his three sisters which was to come to him was diverted/ routed/gifted to my father's youngest brother's wife(uncle's wife). Two of her daughter are no more, so NOC has been taken from their heirs and one is still alive who signed the documents.
Now is there any remedy for us to call for the share routed/gifted to my uncle's wife who doesn't even belong to Ist line of heirs. Can ancestral property be gifted to any one nephew's wife while the others are still alive.
Please provide solution to my problem asap.

Dear All,
I need ur advice.I m 68 yrs old widow.Have lost my youngest son 3 yrs back. His wife got re married and not letting me meet my 4.5 yrs grandson since last 10 months since she got married again. I hv put custody case and intrim application for visitation rights as the grandson used to stay with me every weekends while his mother used to stay with her parents before re marriage....,Now when case is pending in court,I hv got court orders to get my grandson for my son (his father) death anniversary puja at my home.His mother (my former daughter in law) will accompany him .Now one side I m happy that atleast my grandson would come to our house after 10 months for atleast 3 hours for his father's puja but at the same time worried that my former daughter in law would put allegations that I and my family fought with her and misbehaved with her and would try to lie in court to creat problems for me in getting further future visiting rights.She is already doing this in the court .She lies very confidently and she scared the kid to the extent that who never wants to leave me ,does not come to me in court when called last time in court for 1 hour.
Pls let me know how to protect myself in those 3 hours so that she cannot put any false alligations and misled the court .She and her lawyer do drama and lie.I m so depressed abt my son's death anniversary and on that day this tension of any false aligations by that female.pls tell me what I should do to protect my future visiting rights.

An individual is appointed as Arbitrator in its case by a company. Later on, the same individual is appointed by the Company as Arbitrator in its another case. Such appointments are made by following terms mentioned in the respective agreements. Will that Arbitrator not be treated as Independent?

(a) my wife filed divorce against me under HMA 13 a
(b) Honorable court ordered me to compensate 4lakhs of rupees
(C) i deposited the said amount
(d) after two months of settlement i came to know with solid proof that within first year of our marriage before filling for divorce she has been living with another man.
She HAS COMMITTED ADULTRY TYPE ACT
i did not knew at that time now i have solid proof what action i can take against my ex wife???

Can a registered AGPA holder sell a property with out the signature of the original owner, because some one said that there are some supreme court citations which are saying that the original owner has to sign the sale deed even if the AGPA is registered. So please advise about this.

Sir,
I had given my 1 BHK flat at Vrindavan on rent of 11 mnth with Rs 100/- paper with Notorised agreement. Renter was paying rent through RTGS. He vacated flat in 12 months and not paid rent of 5 months including excess 1 month, for which he had to pay 500/- per day as penalty as per agreement.I have 2 month adv money with me, which was to be returned after he vacates the flat.
I live in Jharkhand and renter in Noida.
1. Can I lodge a complaint in Consumer court in Jharkhand?
2.I do not have any degree of Law. Can I file my case and plead my case myself?
3. Should I file claim for 4 months rent or 2 months rent only + 1 month penalty amt?

Dear Sirs,
Its (Hindu religion) two year passed and a married girl drop by husband to her parents home for first child delivery. Till after that he disappeared from country. Girl don't have any clue where he gone nor any information from in laws. She made several police complaints and also her in laws harassing to enter in laws home. refuse to take in.
So she have one child. Eight months passed. No sign of husband. So in what legal ways she claim for maintenance from inlaws and how ?.
PL. advise.

Girl whom i love is getting assaulted from her family
Hello Sir,
I need your help. Family Members of Girl to whom, I love, are really fighting with her, too much torturing her. Her Father, elder sisters husband, they locked her in her home town home. She is in working, so not able to go to office even. now almost 1 week passed. She some how contact me. Actually we want to marry. But we both are from different caste. But her father are opposing to that. when she informed at home they are very misbehaving with her. Every thing they are doing, as per her elder sisters Husband(her Daji) plan. (where as he is not from her family).
Please guide me.
I cant see her pain. You can understand our situation.
I tried to contact her family, but they are not even interested to contact me.. they are only forcing her(in wrong way) to forget me.
We both want to marry each other only.
First, how can i take an action, so that she will be free from her home.
