Can directors of a company,booked u/s 420,34,506 IPC, continue their business under the same name & style ,as it was,when the court case is pending against them with the blocked bank a/c & attached properties.

Dear experts,
In our bldg landlord is missing. A proposed society is collecting maintenance since 10 yrs. one old tenant transferred his permanent long lease for a huge amount and the society accordingly transferred the maintenance receipt in the new tenants name. Now the old tenant says that he can't transfer his rights and has filed a suit for eviction of the new tenant.
Pls guide under which provision can such a right be transferred.

"A" has a land to an extent of Ac.2.06 cents in SNo.121/17 to 121/39 of "X" village. B filed a case in DCJ Court for attachment. The court sent the orders to the Registry. "A" present a document executed some land in same S.Nos for registration. The Registering authority refused the document presented by "A" for registration of some land in same SNos as per court attachment orders as per instructions and government orders in the matter. after refusal of the document by the Sub Registrar, "A" approached High Court and the High Court ordered to verify the details of the property and the parties and take proper action. Now "A" again presented the document and the Sub Registrar again refused the document. Now can "A" have option to approach the court again or not

I bought a life insurance policy in 2011.I've deposited a single premium and than couldn't deposit further annual premiums.Now How can I get my deposited single premium deposited money from insurer?I dont want to continue policy.

My name is Mukesh Mistry, I was working in ISRO-SAC Ahmedabad as a Technician now retired. I was joined ISRO-SAC in 1977 and retired in October 2012. I have C.B.I case from 1995 against me about taking ISRO-SAC equipment from campus and try to sale it.
This case registered by C.B.I not by My Department, they told me by letter I have face this case in Court from 1995 they started sealed cover process for my promotion interview results. In october 2012 I am retired but case still going on, therefore My Department release leave encasement, pf and other amount for which I am eligible but not released gratuity. in March 2013 case finished in my favor. After that court give six month surity under C.P.C 437(A). that six month is pass but my department not take any action to released my gratuity and open promotion sealed cover results, now from six month to still today they told me they haven't received letter from C.B.I. They donot start any process till they received letter from C.B.I.So my question is Is there any letter required after Court released me innocent ? I have attached court judgment. Please guide me in this matter.

I understand that u/s 18 of Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act, husband is ABSOLUTELY liable to maintain his wife. He is not allowed to take defence that his wife owns property.(If we go by language of statute)
Am I right? Kindly enlighten.

Related to my previous queries
1.As you all know I have filed Quashing petion with I.A application in High Court and last one month it was pending.
2.Today my lawyer told me that they have listed matter and argued government Lawyer filed objection.
3.he is sayin Judge not granted stay and not dismissed the petion .Judge insisted that go to the Lower court file discharge petion ,if it is not discharged come to high court untio that this will be pending in highcourt.
Is this possible ?it is advantage or disadvantage to me

Hi All,
We got married 3 years ago and were together for one month and she has left me and staying with her parents. We do not have any kids.
Before to marriage and till now she was working and more qualified than me.
She lodged 498A and DVC case against me and my parents. because of these cases and frequent visits to court , I lost my private company job. My ill parents are dependent on me.
Here are my questions :
1. Do i need to pay her the maintenance / alimony ?
2. In case if i am not able to get a decent job for my maintenance , Can i ask for maintenance from her ?
3. 498A case verdict is going to be in my favour with all materialistic evidences, In this regard if i file divorce now or after the verdict do i need to pay any alimony / maintenance ?
4. After court divorce and alimony decree , if i go for abroad job . Can she file revision petition for more alimony ?

shareholder bequeathing property to company
Dear Experts,
I request your guidance on the following:
My friend & myself are the only two shareloders of a private limited company.
He owns 20% share. He has fallen gravely sick and has written a Will bequeathing property to our company - which will come into effect after his demise.
It is intended that his family should inherit the 20% share.
Now, will him bequeathing property to the company affect his shareholding is the primary question.
There is nothing explicitly mentioned in the Will that share holding should not be affected.
Please guide so that we can make ammends before its too late.
