hum 3 jan hai 1 sisiter aur 1 brother and sister ka shadi hogaya hai aur mummy pappa mere sath raihaite hai. badda beta unhe sambhal te nahi hai aur pappa soch raha hai ki village property hai jo vadaloprajit hai o mere naam kiya jay is it possible ......? samjo nahi ho sakata hai to pappa ko badde bete ko kuchbhi nahi dena hai to kya ho sakta hai is case mai....

but i found the lost article in that area where i lost it. so now what is the legal duty to whether report again police authority. is there online facility

WE HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT IN DISTRICT FORUM IN 2005 WHEN OUR CLAIM FOR FIRE IN OUR SHOP WAS REJECTED BY INSURANCE CO ON THE GROUND OF AVERAGE CLAUSE AND UNDER INSURANCE BUT OUR INS WAS GOT DONE BY OUR BANKERS FROM WHERE WE HAD TAKEN LOAN AND ONLY COVER NOTE WAS SUPPLIED AND NO POLICY WAS DELIVERED TO US AND AFTER TAKING THIS SPECIFIC PLEA THE DISTRICT FORUM HAD DISMISSED OUR COMPLAINT AND WE FILED APPEAL IN STATE COMM BUT THAT TOO WAS REJECTED BY STATE COMM CITING A JUDGEMENT OF SUPREME COURT "GENERAL ASSURANCE SOCIETY V/S CHANDUMMAL JAIN AIR 1966 SC 1644" WHILE AS PER OUR KNOWLEDGE THIS JUDGEMENT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO OUR CASE BECAUSE THE CONSUMER ACT IS OF 1986 WHILE THIS JUDGEMENT WAS OF 1966.MOREOVER WE HAVE CITED 20 JUDGEMENT OF SC,NC AND STATE COMM IN WHICH IT WAS HELD THAT WHEN THE TERMS & CONDITION WERE NOT SUPPLIED TO THE INSURED THAN THOSE WERE NOT APPLICABLE BUT STATE COMM HAD NOT TAKEN THOSE INTO CONSIDERATION MOREOVER THE INS CO HAVE NOT PLACED ON RECORD ANY COURIER RECEIPT TO PROVE THAT THEY HAD SENT THE POLICY TO US DESPITE OUR PLEAS.EVEN NATIONAL COMM IN IT RP NO 3165-3166 OF 2013 HAD DECIDED ON 01/04/2014 THAT ONUS TO PROVE THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITION WERE SUPPLIED TO INSURED WAS WITH THE INS CO. Respected seniors!
I have filed a suit for partition against the father and the grandmother. The plaintiff No.1 is the son and 2 is the father. I have clearly and categorically mentioned that’ the parties to the suit are Hindus and governed by Mitakshara School. That after the death of grandfather of the plaintiff, the plaintiffs, defendant No.1 and 2 has succeeded the suit schedule properties.
The suit schedule property item No.1 is still continuing in favour of grandfather of the plaintiffs and 2 is nominally recorded in favour of defendant No.1, who is the father of the plaintiffs and only son to their grandfather.
The court has returned my suit on the ground that, “State Under what provision of Hindu Succession Act the plaintiffs are entitled to half share in the suit schedule properties, hence may be returned.
Is this correct on the part of the court to ask to mention the provision of law in the plaint?

i Lost my photopass (slum house) before few days it is not possible to make dulicate ya new photopass if yes what is procedure to make it. what time we can make the photopass.

From what I read online "Leave and Licence" agreement is more common in states like Maharashtra etc. I haven't seen such an agreement being discussed in the context of properties in Andhra Pradesh. Isn't a "Leave an License" agreement valid in AP?
If it is, I'd like to meet with an expert to get this agreement reviewed. Any referrals would be appreciated. Thank you.

My grand father and his two brothers while dividing properties in the year 1946 set apart a site from the joint properties,kept under a joint schedule.Later on all the three brothers contributed equally and constructed a building in the year 1960.Now we want to sell the property .My grand father expired in the year 1962,my gran father by first wife had two daughters and for the second wife two sons,one daughter.Later in the year 2005,2010 the two daughters of his first wife expired.They are having sons and daughters,will they get the share in above HUF property as per present laws.

My second wife regd one criminal case on me in the charge of false rape case on me now she and we want to compromise the same .but stamentment u/s 164 not yet recorded . kindly please intimate the procedure for the same. Local police doest not want that my wife compromise with me. Plz help me its very urgent.
