My mother expired in the year 2001,totally they were five sisters and one younger brother.My mother's father expired in the year 1995.We are two sons and daughter for my mother.My mother's younger brother enjoying the entire property earned by her father,without giving any share to his late sisters heirs .We being the heirs his late sister,entitled a share in the above property?

A sold his long term capital asset and invested the entire amount of sale consideration before the due date of filing of income tax return but after the filing of return.
Did she will get the deduction u/s 54F for investment in new capital asset ?

sir,
1, i am a female born before 1956 , am i able to get equal share in ancestral property ?
2, and one of my sister is died leaving one unsound mind female, now she is aged about 31 years, can a file suit for partition as a guardian of unsound mind lady also
3, i dont have adoption certificate if i want to take adoption certificate, how should i take that , or affidavit itself is sufficient to file suit as a guardian
please advice me

Please Advise Me is there any possiblity of Reducing or Avoiding Registration Stamp duty at Registrar office which is same as Sale Deed Stamp Duty In a Money Suit Where the Court Registrar is going to Execute the Sale Deed in Favor of my Client Who had lent the money .

Sir,
We made an agreement to sale document for our agriculture land.Purchaser paid full stamp duty at time of agreement. But due to some reason sale deed is not possible, so we decided to cancel the agreement.
Sir my question is how much refund the purchaser will get on the stamp duty paid. we stay in pune, maharashtra.

Hi Experts.
I am a female. I am a foreign national studying in India since last 3 years
PAST:- When i came to India i found a boyfriend for myself who was from the same country as mine and we started living in. But after a year or so we separated as he started beating me. we decided to part our ways and i moved out of the house.
PRESENT:- In Feb he entered my house and beat me up. Then again in March, he came to my place late at night, when me and roommates refused to open the door he literally broke the door open,entered my house and beat me up like an animal in front of my flat mates. The guards of the society called the police but by the time the police arrived, he had left. He keeps following me, he keeps calling me on the phone. he would come in font of the building and ask me to come downstairs to check if i am at home or not. He forces me to go out with him, he threatens me that if he saw me with any other guy, he would kill me and him.
One day while returning from college he followed me and started abusing me while on the bike. I went to the police station to file a complaint but i had to take it back cause my father didnt want me to get into all this. But still i made him sign a paper that he wont call me etc.
My Queries:- Will the Indian Law entertain my complaint as i am a foreign national? I want to stay here and study further. I am sure he would also do that once he finds out, he is rich with nothing to do.
If you suggest a Yes to the above query, what are the ways to go about it.
your help will be highly appreciated. Please help, i am very suffocated cause of this.

To get married with other citizen I need civil status certificate. Is it possible to get it from the judges court in my city.

Pls provide gazette notification for claming gratuity of service 4 year 9 month and 1 day (continue service), because my previous company is denaying to give me gratuity for less then 5 year service.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Divesh Kumar , i have left my servicein well reputed pvt. ltd. company after 4 year 9 month and 1 day continue service. I am claiming for gratuity but company is denaying for this.I am continue follow up with them through mail from last 6 months. They required Gazette notification for claiming gratuity, hence you are requested pls clear this matter that am i eligible for gratuity or not , if yes , then pls provide gazette notification.

Tenant enjoying stay order without paying rent
Having won the eviction case in the first appellate court, the tenant preferred an appeal to the Punjab & Haryana High Court. The court admitted the case and stayed the eviction subject to the tenant paying the rent and mesne profits regularly. The tenant is still not paying rent to me since 2009. He may be depositing the rent in court but that in not within my knowledge. Are there provisions that he can be evicted on account of not obeying the court? Are there some judgments in support.
