Hi Sir/Madam
I am the owner of Flat in a gated community society but as i have my individual own house I have given that flat on the rent.
Last week there is an argument happened between my tenant and the neighbour (who is the owner of flat) related to parking which is not that much big issue.
But the owner of the other flat asking/called me and said that vacant your tenant as soon as possible, I said that please dont make it a big issue any how i explained by tenant not to argue with any one going forward.
But the owner of the other flat called me again and forcing me vacant your tenant otherwise consequence will be very bad.
But i dont think so its an big issue but owner of other flat making it big becaz of his big ego.
My question is, Can any one force me to vacant the tenant, what legal action my tenant can take suppose i told him to vacant the house.

Hi,
My grand father has two sons and three daughters and he died on march-2008 with out asset settlement, later my father went to grandmother on aug-2008 for asset
settlement.but she told us to discuss with my uncle (i.e) father brother on asset settlement proceedings.but my uncle(father brother) from aug-2008 to till now he is
not coming for settlement and postponing the discussion and also he his making advertisement/projection in news paper and public place (i.e)
He is the owner of my grandfather hotel which earned my my grandfather.
Questions:
-----------
1.Is there possibility uncle can transfer asset ownership name of my grandmother to this name with my aunt(i.e) father sister sign with out my father sign/authorisation.
2.Later year (i.e) 2013 my father got grandfather will which he has written in normal paper favour of my father and he has kept it in safety locker and signed by two witness. So whether we can use it in court/family settlement proceedings as supporting document from my father side.
Please Let me know on questions.
Thanks & Regards,
MV

I have joined Income tax dept as direct Inspector in Nov 2008. A Apex Court decision came on 27.11.2012 wherein it was held that seniority of direct Inspector is to be taken from initiation of recruitment process. Hence, My batch should be given seniority from 2005 i.e initiation of recruitment process. There was no DPC held in F.Y 2013-14. I qualified departmental exam for promotion to ITO in 2013.In the mean while restructuring finalized in Dept, by which major additional seats for ITO are declared by the CBDT board. Now in in F.Y 2014-15 eligibility list is published. For F.y 2013-14 I am not considered because was not fulfilling eligibility criteria of passing departmental exam as on 01.1.2013. I am considering for F.Y 2014-15. There is approx 200 seats in F.Y 2013-14 for promotion in ITO. Due to which juniors of mine who have fulfilled eligibility criteria will be promoted. My question is I am eligible before DPC . Should I be considered for F.Y 2013-14. Is there any provision of merger of seats of F.Y 2013-14 & 2014-15? One more Point is in my Mind that if Apex court decision was not announced I will not lose my seniority because some of candidates of my batch will be considered in DPC for F.Y 2013-14 as per old seniority from 2008. Apex court decision was like a sudden change in rule. Before its pronouncement no one was aware of it. Due to this sudden change in rule, I am losing my seniority. Is there any judicial decision on identical issue so that I can fight for my seniority.
Someone has filed a fake fraud case on me due to which my company terminated me and now they are not giving me my exp. certificate or relieving letter. I work in IT organisation . What should I do???
From where we can get the Doctor's licence cancelled? I know a doctor who is doing illegal immigration work and has fraud cases on him.

A Land was acquired for the public purpose ( for making hotel ) under section 4 and compensation was awarded to the land owners and land owners have taken the award under protest. And now the same land is still vacant. A little part of the land is constructed and said business is not working for many years. Moreover, the private party to whom the land was given by the government has taken CLU ( Change of Land Use ) near about half of the land acquired, for a factory of Rolling Mill.
So, the land is not used for said purpose as written in section 4. Now, what law will be aplied for this matter, is it means the land will be returned to the original land owners and the owners will return the payment with interest or the land will be used for some other purpose decided by the government.
The land owner has taken money under protest and writ a petition under civil suit. The total 10 acres land acquired, was of 20-22 owners, out of which only 1 owner has a High Court petition. And have a compromise with the private party to whom the land was given by government. That ' Counsel for the parties state that without intending to create any precedent, they have settled the dispute by mutual compromise. Private party councel state that land measuring 1.33 acres out of the land ( 10 acres ) in their possession shall be given to the petitioners. And the petitioners shall refund the amount of compensation along with interest @ 15 % per annum ( simple and not compund ). The handling over of possession and the payment of money shall be simultaneous. '
Actual, the petitoners land falls on the main road when the total 10 acres of land was acquired and now private party is giving asymmetrical land from the back side which is not of the petitoners. Where as the petitoners are ready to refund the payment with interest. So, how and which law will be applicated so that petitioners will get their original land.

I am working with one of the publuc sevtor banks. I am given the responsibility to work as a loans officer. However I have been posted to place where there is much sc and st population. I myself am an sc but of a state other than the one I am working at. The major problem I am facing at my work place is with the sc and st leaders. If a loan is not sanctined to a sc or st csndidate then theur leaders come up and try to threaten us by saying a few words that we are expecting a bribe so thats the reason that we are not sanctioning a loan. When they say that, out of anger if we say something to them then they try to create a fuss at the bank along with other people. In this scenario my doubt is whether a sc or an st can file an atrocity case against another sc or st. There is also a fear that they might create a propaganda that the concerned official is corrupted. I can not even overcome this as I will not have any proof against them. Can any one help me by telling how this can be tackled.
