Areest and sign under 107/116 crpc

Dear experts

I AM FRESH LAW GRADUATE AND WAITING FOR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION WITH BAR COUNCIL OF UP.
CASE: (WE ARE RESIDING IN A JOINT PROPERTY WHICH WAS PARTITIONED IN 1947 BY COURT . ACCORDING TO SUCH JUDGEMENT, SOME AREA GO TO PERSONAL SHARE AND SOME ARE FREE AS COMMON SHARE TO BE USED BY ALL RESIDES PERSONS.)

MY COUSIN BROTHER PLAY GAMBLIMG IN OUR JOINT FAMILY HOME AT ALIGARH (U.P.) .DUE TO STRONG OBJECTION FROM US, EVEN THEY STOP THE SAME, BUT THEY ARE APPROACHABLE PERSON AND THREAT ME BY S.H.O. AND S.P.CITY OF POLICE .I DOUBT THAT THEY FILES AN NCR AGAINST ME . I ALSO WENT TO THANA AND OFFICE OF S.P. CITY ALONGWITH MY SOME ADVOCATES FRIENDS. AND BOTH S.H.O. & S.P.CITY TREAT US NORMALLY AND ADVISE US TO KEEP SILENCE EVEN ALL THOSE OFFICIALS UNDER PERSONAL BIAS OF MY COUSIN BROTHER.
LATER , ONE OF OUR COMMON FRIEND TELL ME THAT I CAN BE ARREST AND / OR COMPELLED TO FILL DECLARATION UNDER 107/116 CRPC FOR 6MONTH/1 YEAR'S.
WE ARE TOTALLY INNOCENT AND ONLY OPPOSE TO MY COUSIN BROTHER FOR STOPPING OF GAMBLING AND DRINKING BY HIM ALONGWITH THEIR 4-5 FRIENDS .
COUSIN BROTHER IS RICH AND HAVE HIGHER SOURCE IN POLICE/ JUDICIARY TO CREATE TERROR UPON ME BY POLICE / COURT PROCEEDING SO THEY FIRST INFOM TO POLICE THAT I AM MAKING VIOLENCE ON THEIR FRIENDS DURING THEIR VISIT TO OUR HOME.
I ALSO GO TO POLICE THANA & SP CITY ALONGWITH MY SOME ADVOCATE FRINDS WITH MY COMPLAINT ON WHICH SP CITY ENDORSE FOR S.H.O. TO GO AT SPOT AND REPORT TO SP CITY.
BUT I NEVER WENT AGAIN TO SHO FOR GIVING THE COMPLAINT.
I THINK THERE IS NO ANY F.I.R. AGAINST ME IS THERE ANY NCR THEY ARE DEPOSIT WILL IT MAKE ANY HARMS FOR ME INNEAR FUTURE.
1 WHAT IS REMEDY IF ANY NCR?
2.WILL IT ANY DIFFRENCE ON MY LEGAL CARRER AS AN ADVOCATE

If the will that has been created on a stamp paper is not signed on all pages

Dear Sir,

We are two brothers and two sisters. At present, my parents are no more. My mother died before my father. Our house belonged to my mother. My understanding is that after her demise the property belonged equally to four of us and our father which means 5 shares. One of my brother has recently showed us a Xerox copy of my father's will which states that my father willed his share to my brother. This will is on a stamp paper, however, only the last page has my father's signature and the witness signatures. None of the other pages has his or any witness initial or signature. My only concern is that anyone can easily change the other pages since they are not signed. How legally valid is this kind of a will? My sisters are agreeing to provide a NOC so that my brother is able to take my father's share. However, I do not feel that this is correct. Kindly advice.

Clause 8 & 9(3) of bo rules 2006

My complaint online to Banking Ombudsman was admitted as a maintainable complaint by the office of the BO Hyd. After two months it disposed of under Clause 8 & 9(3) of the BO Rules 2006 without citing any specific sub rule/clause.And it was communicated only to the accused bank with no intimation to the complainant. The bank has informed me with an extract but without a copy of the order of BO. I read the clause and the subclauses on my own. After exhausting all my avenues for redressal of grievances submitted another complaint with all the relevant documents to BO Hyd by regd post on 14 Mar 2014. After two weeks i have recd a mail online from the personal assistant of BO Hyd informing me that my complaint ( the previous one which was admitted and then disposed off under clause 8 &9(3) of BO Rules 2006 has now been disposed under clause 11. No specific subclause or explanation given except debarring me from making an appeal to Dy Gov under clause 14. Your expert advice please.
