Sub : query about forwarding of application

Sub : Query about forwarding of application

Respected Sir,

I’ve got your reference from www.lawyersclubindia.com/profile.asp?member_id=98620#.U1nnEHZRZI8

Sir, I have a small query in respect of forwarding of my application. The matter is as under :

Presently, I have been working with Government of India, Ministry of Textile, Office of the Textile Commissioner, Mumbai as Assistant Director Gr. A (Gazetted)(Non-Technical) in PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 with GP Rs.5400/-. I want to apply for the post of Personnel Officer in the same Pay Band and GP with Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat, Gujarat because Surat is my hometown and my family stays there. My posting is Mumbai hence I have stay away from my family. If I got opportunity in SMC Surat would be good for me, so that I will be able to take better care of my family.

My Parent Department i.e. Office of the Textile Commissioner (Subordinate Office of Ministry of Textiles), Mumbai has rejected my request of forwarding of my application on the following grounds :

1. There is acute shortage of officers in Group A and The Pay Band and Grade pay is same as I have been currently drawing.

Sir, my records are very clear. In my APAR my reviewing officer has graded me 8.61 and outlined me as an Asset to the organization. I am very clear from Vigilance Angle also.

Though, I implored a lot, my department is not ready to forward my application. I am told, that If I want to leave, I can resign and leave. I am ready for that also but forwarding of application by the present employer is compulsory for applying to the new post at my hometown.

Sir, I beg to kindly guide me that is there any such rules that application can be withheld if Pay Band and Grade Pay are same ? I am again asked to submit the rule position that application can be forwarded even if pay scales are same.

Sir, I would be so grateful if you could kindly guide me precisely so that I can submit such rule position to my department to get my application forwarded by them to Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat.

This would be your great favour for my family which consist of 3 female members i.e. my mother who is 66 years old and needs medical assistance frequently, my wife and my teenaged daughter.

God Bless you. Please Reply Sir,

Partition suit

Sir,

I am only one son for my parents and one elder sister in my family. My sister occupied the property in the year 1997 I filed Partition suit. The property was in my mother's name. My sister contested on forged Will subequently it was proved negative. My mother died in the meanwhile. The share were devolved in the ratio of 1/3rd share each myself, my father and my sister. Now the partition suit is posted for final decree and appointment of advocate commission. Recently my father died by executing will transferring his 1/3rd share to his daughter-in-law and dwelling house in the village. My sister with ill motive is claiming share in the house property and also 1/3rd share given by my father in the will. My sister is also claiming a share in the past transactions which are not existing today.

How can a married woman who got married in the year 1986 was given substantial dowry at the time of marriage still claim in the property which are not existing today except house and 1/3rd share in the partition suit.

Please kindly advise my is entitle for share when already in the partition suit she got 1/3rd share.

Thanking you,

MSN

Facebook photo harassment.

Question 1: Is there any law to protect my photos from being posted publicly on facebook group? Not being removed even after repeated requests? These are posted by ex collegues with whom I am not in contact. I do not like my photos on facebook because they can be misused. I want an apology with undertaking of all responaibility of any reproduction for posting my photographs. Some were to show me in bad light but had no obscenity.

Question 2: Can I get their addresses by issuing legal notice to the company? the company obviously has mandatory records to maintain and also it cannot obstruct justice. I quit that company more than a year ago and have no contact with these people posting my photos. In fact they are not even on my Facebook Friend List. I myself do not post any of my photos online for security concerns.

Question 3: What other legal actions can I take?

Mumbai chs poa

Dear Experts,

I have a few queries regarding our Chs.Request your advise/suggestions on these points.

My father is of age 75 plus and wants to give me a power of attorney only so much as so be authorised to speak / communicate in all forms with our buildings society and represent him in meetings and vote on his behalf. Also, to excercise his right as member in society matters.
My queries are :
1)Such a POA needs to be made on what value of Stamp Paper?
2) Does this POA need to be registered mandatorily?
3) if not registered, does it need to be notorised?
4) Would making me an associate member be a better option?
5)in case, he makes me an associate member, is it a compulsion that i should be residing with him in the same flat?
6)As an Associate member, will i be able to excercise rights on his behalf, such as right to enquire, vote, speak , demand in society matters on his behalf?
