Respected Experts,
This question might found to be a repeated one, but please i urge you all to reply me.
I got married on october 15th 2010, my wife left with in 15days of marriage without reason.
I filed Nullity of marriage under section 12 (1) (a) as per HMA in 2011 feb. In reverse she filed counter in 2012. But in her counter she stated nothing neither Restitution nor Divorce., she simply said all my petition statements are false in her counter.
My wife stopped attending court, i urged judge to give exparte in favour of me, judge has accepted and gave it.
In return she filed setaside and judge gave ORDERS in her favour that accepting her setaside petition where the reason in her statement is she got absent due to bus which she was travelling got struck in traffic jam, I wonder here why judge didnt asked her why she got absent prior before to ex parte order 4 times in a row,
My actual question is I would like to challenge in High Court against lower family court SETASIDE ORDERS. Please help me, BY WHICH SECTION and clauses I can file a challenge against lower court orders.
PLEASE HELP ME by which section and clause i can challenge in highcourt against lower family court setaside orders.
I know that some of you experts say its waste of time in challenging it, but please help me out by which section i can file the case in high court against lower family court
Orders.
Awaiting for favourable reply.
Thanking you

Woman belonging to the Santal (tribal-SC) community - age approximately 40 yrs.
Living in Birbhum, West Bengal.
Married at the age of c. 14 yrs.
Widowed at the age of c. 17 yrs.
Demise of her own father at age c. 18 yrs.
From that point, lived with mother (who is still alive), in paternal home, bringing-up 5 siblings.
Joined a rural-development organisation - about 10 years ago, where she has been living and working ever since.
Fell in love with a NON-TRIBAL co-worker, and both parties intend to get married (under the Special Marriage Act).
However, marrying 'outside' the (Santal) community is 'not allowed' by their 'social rules'.
For the past one year, the youngest brother, after being told about her intention to get married to a non-tribal, has been FORCING THE WOMAN, AND THEIR MOTHER FROM MEETING EACH OTHER!
HE IS FORBIDDING THE WOMAN FROM VISITING HER PATERNAL HOME - THREATENING TO KILL HER IF SHE DOES SO (though it is most probably a 'blank threat').
HE IS ALSO BLACKMAILING THEIR MOTHER AND PREVENTING HER FROM VISITING THE DAUGHTER AT THE PROJECT WHERE SHE WORKS.
MY QUESTION:-
Given the scenario mentioned above, are there any LEGAL PROVISIONS, through which the daughter and/ the mother can take action and LEGALLY COMPEL THE SON TO ALLOW FREE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN THE MOTHER AND THE DAUGHTER?
Thank you, in advance...

FIR had been registered under offences 420,380,465,467,468,471,120B IPC against 8 accused including managers & Directors of Pvt.Ltd company. Trial proceeding are in progress, meanwhile complainant filed application in same court under 190 Crpc to summon Pvt.Ltd. company and one more Director of company in court.
But Court has ordered only Pvt Ltd. Company to be summoned, Now
a) Who is suppose to be summoned on behalf of company?
b) Do all directors need to be summoned or only one, as there is no managing director all are just directors
c) 2 Directors are already accused, so can they represent Pvt.Ltd company as well
d) Can we get summons issued through 3rd Director?
e) what is the procedure? Director would have to come and take bail?
f) Anywhere we could report against the company like registrar of companies, india so that they should not sell the company
