Respected sir kindly provide me legal help .i am providing u details of my friend who is from mumbai his name is ketan
details provided are word by word true ketan is very depressed and doesn't know what to do .ketan have very bad financial problems past few years his dad is retired and mother is a house wife he is elder son from sons and due to financial problem he started to look for work without investment and all but since on one was earning and due to various problem he needed to take money from people and he was cheated by many people so that added to his problems recently one of his uncle is his major problem his uncle had given him approx 60,000 that to in parts that too knowing that ketan does not works he is student his uncle did't even informed or asked his parents before or after giving money . ketan have returned say abt 50,000+rs in parts to uncle when ever he asked for money .now i want to say something abt his this uncle he works in government had before meeting ketan he have taken many loans from various people and even he is in financial crises but few months back his dad had cleared all his loan but within few days he again took loan .i told this to only clear that whn uncle's dad cleared uncles loan that amount also included ketan amount what uncle says he had taken from some body else and given keta .so as i said ketan has given approx 50 now his uncle is saying that 50 which k had given was only interest's interest and now ketan needs to give him 1,50,000 and he say ketan should sell off their car or take loan from anybody but give him his money .his uncle calls him many times in days keeps calling continuously since he gave money he keeps on calling telling that his kids are hungry they don't have food they have stop going school give money and many more thing his uncle 3 days back told that no need to worry i have got money from some one but need to show my parents that u are giving me money so make chq and give me and he tortured me like hell that finally i made a chq of amt he asked for he told me this only for showing his parents .kindly help should he file a police complaint .k has told if u say this is final amt he will pay uncle but right now its not possible since he don't have money to pay such amt so in near future he said he will clear this debt but he is not ready his uncle is threatening k to involve his parent and giving him many threats in shot his uncle have nothing in writing that he have given what amount at what rate and at what date .his uncle has played with his mind and taken a chq for his benefit.and since k is mentally disturbed he gave it to him what can ketan do now can he fil;e a police complaint regarding mentally harassment and fraud a he manipulated his mind and got a cheque kindly help asap . and in advance thanks for your valuable time and advice

Dear Sir,
I am a maried women with a child. I took personal loan with HDFC in 2008 for about a lac.Later got married and shifetd to a new state and also left my job for few reasons.The bank people are harrasing my family for the repayment. They have filed the case which is due for hearing. Recently my husband has met with the accident and i am in a real crisis. What do i do as i do not have money to pay and they are saying the amout due is 1.35 lacs but i had paid 23 installments. pls suggesst me asap.

Dear Experts,
this is in regards to my sister in law (muslim) who was married in goa in the year 2000 with registration as per goa law. as husband is from karnataka they had settled there and her name was endorsed in the ration card in karnataka. after 8 years of marriage her husband died in an accident in karnataka. she have a son of age 6 years. Now my queries are as follows:
1. is she have right/claim in her husband's property?
2. can she re-marry in Goa?
3. if she re marry can her husband adopt her son?
4. after marriage can she again endorsed her name in ration card in goa?

hello,
i need a legal advice about my marriage.my in laws are right now not ready to accept me.actually we both got married with eachother at a local temple with his family and my aunty over there.i had a proof of pictures with me.but we had not made an registration of our marriage in court.
before this marriage my husband was having a physical relationship with me.and this was the only reason of getting married to him.
now they are not ready to accept me.
what should i do now to get my rights back??
which legal action would be helpful to me as i m alone here at my house.
help me out pls.

If police files a B Report will the complainant be informed by the court apart from information from police.
What is the procedure to file protest petition and the period limitation. When will the period limitation start for filing protest petition.

SIR,
I AND MY WIFE IS HAVING THE MARITAL DISCORD. SHE HAS FILED VARIOUS CASE AGAINST ME IN WHICH THE CHARGE SHEET HAS BEEN STAYED BY THE HIGH COURT AND REFERRED THE MATTER TO MEDIATION . I HAVE FILED THE SECTION 9 IN WHICH MY WIFE HAS FILED THE TRANSFER PETITION IN WHICH THE HIGH COURT HAS GIVEN STAY AND REFERD THE CASE TO THE PENDING MEDIATION.
I HAVE ALSO FILED THE CANCELLATION OF ADOPTION SUIT IN THE COURT IN WHICH AGAIN MY WIFE HAS FILED THE TRANSFER APPLICATION AND THE AGAIN HIGH COURT HAS STAYED THE PROCEEDING AND CLUB TO MEDIATION.
MY QUESTION IS THAT CANCELATION OF ADOTION IS A CIVIL SUIT AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONCERN WITH METRIMONIAL SUIT AND IS THE HIGH COURT HAS GIVEN THE RIGHT DESCISION OR IT IS WRON DESCISION AND WHAT I CAN DO AGAINST IT. COURT HAS NEITHER LISTEN ME AND IN THE FIRST HEARING THEY HAS GIVEN THE STAY IN PROCEEDINGS.

hello,
My aunt living in rampur (u.p) has been harassing my grandparents from a long time. She does not take care of her 12 yr old daughter . My grand mother does everything right from when she was a child . Still my aunt keeps on filing cases against my grandparent in the dowry case . she had done so in the past also but proved to be a false . it has created huge losses to my uncle's business.she did so again and the date given is 4th of august.please help me .my mother is also dragged in this false case
My aunt keeps on blackmailing my grandparents n all of my family.
what shall i do?

We are residence of Mhada bld in mumbai.This is a Land dispute between one Develope VS-(15 PARTIES)Local MLA/MHADA/BMC/Collector of mumbai etc.
Developer filed a writ petition in 2012 and this month because of consent terms between developer/MLA/RESIEDENCE case been disposed.

Property fraud
I paid amount and get into agreement in one of the Developers. I paid all the amount thru Bank to his account. Now I am asking him to register my site purchased with him. He not ready to register. I have only have agreement and paid bank receipt to his account. I have paid all the amount. please let me know, I can book criminal case at police station or civil case at court. please advise
