Hello Sir,
I am going through very stressful life,pls help me,my problem is - We are 6 member's in a family [me [boy],father,mother,3 sister's (including 1 illicit sister) , 2 sisters married (including illicit sister) ],My mother [unfortunately],had illicit affair with tenant around 30 yr's back through which she has illicit girl, my Q's are -
1.My illicit sister [married]has any right for my father's property ?
2.Me & my father know that we have illicit member in a family but due to 'SAMAJ AUR BADNAMI KA DARR' ,we are going through 'MENTAL TRAUMA',can I lodge a fir against my mother & tenant ,to punish them ,is there any law for it ?.......Please reply ASAP..THANKS...

A writ, for a soldier, filed initially by his wife, when he was sentenced to one year RI in civil jail, initially sought for copy of the SCM proceedings.
Sub-para 'c' of prayer said,"release him on parole/ bail and release his dues so that he may defend his honour in the Court of law."
SCM proceedings given within 2 months, yet the case progressed in the HC for the enxt 14 yrs, whence it was transferred in the Armed Forces Tribunal.
Amendments moved & allowed by the Tribunal, but now they are withdrawing from that, and seking how/ why they must continue to adjudicate on this!!

Dear Sir/ Madam,
One of my colleagues uncles land was acquired by the NHAI for Construction of National Highway.
The sale consideration has been paid by the authority with deduction of TDS @ 10%.
such person is not filled any return till the date. Date of Sale of land is current financial year i.e. after 01.04.14.
How to e-fill the IT return of such TDS deductee.
Please suggest for the minimization of Tax for refund.
Please reply as early as possible.

Hi All,
I belong to a poor family and I have some agricultural plots(Mirzapur-India), now I want to have home on my plot, since it is agricultural plot, I will not be able to make new home for myself.
Please suggest me how can I convert it to NA Plot, so that I can make my dream home there.

Eg: The Indian Majority (Amendment) Act, 1999 (The whole)
Question: So Amendment which were done in 1999 in Indian Majority,1875 are Repeal or the whole act is repeal.
