one civil case has been filed in the hon'ble district court.
one of the petitioners in the suit is an advocate.
Q1.CAN THE PETITIONER FILE VAKALAT IN THE SUIT FOR PETITIONERS ?
Q2.IF IT IS POSSIBLE PLS PROVIDE CIVIL RULES OF PRACTICE OR CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE SECTION OR RULES IN ANDHRAPRADESH JURISDICTION.
PLS GIVE ME VALUABLE SUGGESTION SIR.

Dear Lawyers,
One of brother, by threatening father, he has written a settlement deed for him. Is it possible to cancel that settlement deed?
I have evidence that settlement deed written by compulsion/ threatening.
Is there any way to cancel that?

Dear Lawyers,
Father had land 15 acres of land and partition done 1991. Brother "A" threatened father and written a settlement deed for him. We two "B" and "C" 's share still not registered in register office. All lands are father owned property and his father property.
Now, my mother can write a will for "B" and "C"? Is it possible? And what are the documents required?

I have been working as a trained graduate teacher(TGT)in a govt. school under delhi administration since august 2011.
i am still under probation.
i am interested in pursuing MA course thru distance education from a reputed university of delhi.
today i gave an application to my vice principal to get her sanction to do this course.vice principal is on extension(after retirement)
the last date for admission is 3rd september.
my VP told me to give an undertaking in application that while doing this course,under no circumstances i will ignore my school duties.i will be fully committed to my job also.then only she will give me the sanction.
i want to know:
1. am i entitled to study leave if the course is thru distance mode?
2. If the answer to the above query is yes,can she refuse to sanction this application if i dont give any such undertaking.?
In that case what shall i do?the last date for admission is nearing.
3. can someone upload the LATEST study leave rules for delhi administration teachers who are under probation and want to study thru distance mode?
4, If i am entitled to leaves,can my school VP and staff keep calling me to school on one pretext or other,in the name of unavoidable school work?

hello all learned,
Lady got divorced with the consent and the divorce deed is executed before notary. According to divorce deed lady wish to keep her son with her and maintain herself and her son as she does works in private school as a teacher. Then after compromise taken place and lady went to live with house of her husband then after passing period of 2 and ½ year both party fought lady called the 100 number and police came and she lodged complain under 498(A) and then after she went with her matriomanioal home and given reply in her statement before police that with the her will she has gone at the home of her father ?
Now question is that
Whether divorce deed is valid in the eye of law ? (please provide judgments )because it is only notarized not taken decree
As she is entitled to get maintainace as she stated in her statement that she has gone at the home of her father with her will (but after the lodging complain against the husband of her she left home)

Dear and respected all,
1) Thanks for your quick reply for my query.
2)We had filed a criminal case u/s 380, 406 of IPC two years back, court had passed order u/s 202 of CrPC. But I.O is not submitting his report since 2-years we are making rounds since then to court but no use.
3)In past two years situations and circumstances have completely changed and other offences also came into picture such as u/s 304 of IPC. That my daughter-in law had assaulted to my mother in law on her neck due to which my mother in law could not call anyone for help it is an observation by the advocate from medical report of my died mother in-law.
due to changing situations can we file fresh suit, as no summoons issued upon the filed application till this date and other sections are also have to add by the advocate.

I Need your help my son wife file case 498A, 406 and another case Mahila utprian case and maintaines case . I get information that she trying with police help to enter in my house can she enter? marriage as per muslim law and divorced as muslim law. but case challan is pending by police.in FIR have four names and in investigation police kept only one person my son as mulsim and he is out of country and he harrasin us need your halp.
From last four and half year she staying in his father home. case is in investigation from last 22 months.How I can stop her to enter my house?

sir, the case is at bijapur dist court at final decree proceeding stage we 34 members brother ,sister ex-parte which has set- aside the commissioner report also has come as our share shall be determine and calculate as per muslim law can this court (FDP COURT) can allot our share or we have move upper court (appellate court) as opposite parties share already declare by appellate court, they pressuring to court give their share than allot us the still have to determine our share than allot till date the court not take any decision we ask to court declare our share first.. is court first allot our share or not

First of all thanks to Devajyoti Barman sir and guptaji for my query . By reporting to vigilance /corruption department my identity will be disclosed and he will have more enmity with me as he has more than 20 local friends(not even 10th pass friends) so for that reason i want to know by RTI act first and then file a complaint to department concerned . My earlier query appended below
