For non-payment of dues Income Tax Department took possession of the assets of a public limited company. The put public notice inviting tender a number times but could not sell the assets as the Department was not getting floor price.
The watchman placed belongs to the Company.
Can the Company do business form the premises?
A co-operative bank served notice under securitisation act. Subsequently the bank took possession of the assets of the pvt ltd company. Bank sold the assets and realized their dues. Bank issued a no dues certificate. But the bank did not give the accounts statement as they realized more money than their dues. Writing letters to bank is not replied.
Please tell me remedy of this matter. Whether a criminal case can be filed against the bank or there is civil remedy. Can one approach High Court?

Dear all,
I am seeking estemmed lawyers advice on a major problem of my life. I can call this as worst phase of my life. Below are sequence of events.
- I had engagement with a girl (small function with 150 people). The engagement expenses was shared by two parties - bride and groom parents. We also gifted the girl with gold.
- I received messages about girl from social networking site. We initially discussed about this matter with bride parents/elders. Filed complaint at police station. Now police offical has told us that they will not take further action until the girl file a FIR. We have been calling the bride parents for about a month now and they are reluctant to step up and sort it out.
Now, we want to cancel the marriage. We discussed this with elders to convey our message. The bride parents are not answering us and also reluctant to have a discussion with us/elders. They are threatening us saying they will file dowry harassment case and want to go legally
I am seeking the advice from the respected and experienced lawyers on our next steps (if we want to go legally).
Note: I have modified few key words as we entered to next stage.
Thank You.

Dear All,
I am student and i don't have any other income but i hold deposits in a public bank, where i earn a deposit interest of rs.10850 to 11000 approx. I hols a PAN and i also have submitted 15G form to the banker and got witnessed for the submission on 7APR14. But after four months later i can realize they are deducting TDS for the interest amount that i am getting on monthly basis.
When i inquired they said i will issue 26AS form from our side you need to file IT returns and get refund for the same.
My question is that I have submitted 15G on 07APR14, but this is purely banker mistake, i need to take action on them and get compensation for the same. Is this possible please suggest.

Dear Sir,
My mother ( Age : 69 years) is residing at Matunga(Central) for last 50+ years. My father expired in 2001. The rent receipt is in the name of My Grandfather. My mother was staying alone for last 12 years as we are two sisters both are married myself in Kandivali and other sister in USA.
My father had 2 brothers and 5 sisters all alive. My mother wish to transfer rent receipt in her name ( Presently in the name of Grand father). My mother wish to transfer rent receipt in her name. In year 2002 we have submitted NOC from all sisters and brothers to landlord, however landlord failed to transfer the Rent receipt in my mother's name. Now he is asking again to Re-submit the said NOC on 100 Rs.stamp paper with fresh signature. But the problem is now my two uncles are not cooperating my mother in signing NOC. We requested landlord to use our earlier NOC ( which was on 20 Rupee stamp paper how ever he is asking us to furnish fresh NOC only).
My query is : Is not my mother become a Deemed tenant by virtue of the fact that she is residing in the same residence for last 50 years and get the Rent Receipt automatically in her name. ( bearing only last 2 years where she is not keeping well, as she is at the moment staying with me under my care).
Kindly suggest any legal remedy and help us to get the Rent receipt in my mother's name.

Dear Advocate,
I am planning to purchase individual house for Rs.25 lakhs, by taking home loan.
Owner also has Rs.10 lakhs home loan in other bank, and because of this he has submitted all the original documents to the bank.
Now i want to see original documents before buying property.
Firstly..
Can we demand them to take us to bank to see original documents..?
Secondly..
As without Original documents my current bank will not give home loan..( as property is under Mortgage)..
So, how do i proceed with this..? What is the legal procedure in this case.
Third..

What are the earlier documents i have to check and should transfer to my name..?
