muslim couples unregistered marriage can husband wife get divorce in mutual understanding without consent family court ? or if husband give affidavit to live seperate with wife its valid or what ?

I am rahul pandey, from jharkhand.
I did court mrg on 15.05.2012 in� Bhubaneswar court without information of our parents.
She is from orisha.
Till date my wife stay with her parents in Bhubaneswar due to her studies and I am in my town.
She complicated her study in 2013 n after that
Preparing for banking job in Bhubaneswar.
She told me after my study is completed I talk with my parents about our relationship and then come.
She tell all the matter to her sister but they didn't willing to corporate. And due to pressure from her sister side
Now a day she filed a divorce case willful refusal from side of respondent above two years going to be completed.
Section 25 special marriage act.
Her one sister also did court marriage and her parents did not accept her till now.
In every 3 or 4 month I go to Bhubaneswar stay in hotel with her.
I have all bills.
I did not refuse any time.
And I did not want to divorce.
What can I do.

Hi,
I booked a flat in 2013. I gave 25 thousand (I gave cash to Uncle and get a check of his account) at the time of booking by my uncle account. After that all payment made by my account. Last month, When I took home loan then Bank asked me to present all payment receipt with bank account statement.
But now I do not have good relationship with my uncle. But some how I presented my uncle account statement, Pan Card also with payment receipt to bank and Bank approved my home loan.
Now my question is "Do I have require any document from my uncle at the time of registry of flat ? " Because my uncle will not give any document and support any more.

a flat was in the name of my mother. she had nominated me(son) as the sole beneficary my giving nomination in the society. now my mother has expired. i have one sister who is married and my father is no more. I had submitted all the documents to the society for admitting me as member as i am the sole nominee. i have also given indemnity bond to the society. The society chairman is telling me to get legal heirship certificate from the court.but he is not giving me anything in writing. suggest me what should i do and where should I go.

1) WHAT IS MEAN BY THE FACTUM OF SEPARATION
2) WHAT IS MEAN BY THE INTENTION TO BRING COHABITATION PERMANENTLY TO AN END.

My friends father had applied for his delayed registration of birth. Although most of the documentation has been done but the SDM is asking for the older proof of residence when my friend was born.
Back then they used to live on rent and they do not have an address proof of that house.
They have already got an affidavit signed by the owner of the house, stating that they used to live on rent at their house.
What all shall be provided as residential proof for the old rental address?

Need Emotional Support
I am a student 18, needs emotional support as my family is quite mean, rude towards me.I got no good friends and relatives i know of. I have been told of legal aid authorities by lawyers, but will they respond immidiately if i contact them by phone ?
Or are there any way out to get immediate intervention against emotional abuse ?

Section 498 a dowry case
I HAVE BEEN FALSELY IMPLICATED BY MY BROTHER IN LAW'S WIFE (MY WIFE'S BROTHER'S WIFE). IN DOWRY SECTION 498 A.
THE ACCUSED NO 1 IS MY WIFE'S BROTHER - HUSBAND OF THE COMPLAINANT.
BUT NOW THE COMPLAINANT HAS COMPROMISED ORALLY WITH HER HUSBAND AND NOW THEY ARE UNITED HAPPILY .
BUT THE COMPLAINANT IS STILL REVENGEFUL ON ME AND IS NOT WITHDRAWING THE CASE . AND ALSO SUPPORTED BY HER HUSBAND (MY BROTHER IN LAW) OWING TO PROPERTY DISPUTE.
I HAVE SOUGHT ANTICIPATORY BAIL . IT IS ONE WHOLE YEAR NOW . I EVEN APPLIED FOR A SQUASH FROM THE HIGH COURT. THE HIGH COURT HAS INSTRUCTED THE SHO TO SQUASH OR TO FILE CHARGESHEET WITHIN 4 WEEKS(ABOUT 11 MONTHS BACK). BUT THE SHO HAS NOT PAID ANY HEED TO THE ORDER OF THE HIGH COURT . NO CHARGESHEET IS BEING FILED BY THE SHO.
MY SITUATION IS THAT THE LABEL OF ACCUSED NO 2 IS STILL ON ME.
PLEASE ADVICE WHAT STEPS OR REMEDY SHOULD I TAKE NOW TO COME OUT FROM THIS FALSE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
